With Deku basically at his stockpile-strength level so he's still OP but not so much the others can't offer any help. As well as Hawks taking Tokoyami in later, i'm guessing Uraraka and Bakugou will come in with one Combo move to call back to the tournament fight....

One for All itself can affect the user's lifespan with their quirks, since the All for One quirk is already a quirk factor to it's user... if so, since All for One had no knowledge of it's lifeforce side-effect and if he uses it within Tomura's body can actually kill him both physically and mentally within, so not even a regeneration quirk can't help him recover in theory that is. Since it was transferred by force, not voluntarily, the One for All quirk might activate only to slowly killing Shigaraki and since all the quirks that he stole can give the same effect in their quirk factor from their original users. In MHA future chapters, All for One won't survive this time and since he has no knowledge of One for All's side-effect to one's own lifeforce, should it ever activates from within to kill All for One for good... in theory of the outcome it will bring the Villain's downfall once again and despite no emotions, death will come for him again to go straight to Hell.

Technically speaking, there could be a final vestige spirit. The original holder of the strength quirk that combined with the original wielder OFA.

With the running theme in my hero of both passing on a torch and letting others step up along with the line "And this is the story if how I became the greatest hero" I think it would a bit of a full circle moment of it ended woth Izuku quirkless. From 'how I became the greatest hero' to 'this is how we became the greatest heros' to finally 'this is how they became the greatest heros'. Depending on exactly how it's set up, this could still be very fulfilling. Either way, I we can get a timeskip, it doesn't need to be very long but with a series as big as this with so many important questions left along with all the characters, I think it's important to have and see that.

I think Deku losing his powers is well deserved given that he’s caused pretty much every bad thing that’s happened in this arc by not killing Shiggy when he had the chance back in chapter 369. It’s almost as if he wants Shiggy to win. Wouldn’t be suprised.

To be honest, I really wanted this to be a 1v1 between Deku and AFO with no heroes joining in but oh well😅

Is it wrong that I really want AFO to absolutely destroy everyone like just demolish them constantly destroying strategies negating abilities just go absolutely wild. Cause this fight shouldn’t be happening and want consequences for it getting this far. Izuku should have honestly just killed Shigaraki when he threatened to dust all of Japan but like even outside of that AFO should just straight up fold everyone here. Izuku is running on embers, the heavy hitters can barely move and we are surround by a ton of mid tier fodder who should get speed blitz one shot with a hole blasted in them like what AFO did to Jeanist. So like if this fight isn’t a massacre with people getting dropped(not necessarily killed) constantly then I will be disappointed for this final fight.

I think it's cool it came full circle. Him losing his arms as a result of the foreshadowing which happened at the start of the series, getting his arms back and becoming quirkless once again. It also aligns well with his self-sacrificial nature and Dekus fatal flaw as a hero. He would lose the thing that gave him power as a sign of true strength, trying to save the Tenko vestige, but now has to deal with the consequences of ridding that power. He may see a classmate die. He's back to a position that made him interesting to begin with. The crafty nature of his character being able to use his final embers with the right strategy, and most likely directing a strategy to defeat AFO. All the major heroes like endeavor, shoto, bakugo, are all taking a backseat, and it's Dekus final act as a hero the same way All Might had his final moments. It's just Deku was always interesting as a tactician than brute force. Deku could also still have insane quirkless human strength due to all the physical training his body has endured, but definitely not enough for him to take out AFO without help. I can't wait to see what happens. I think it could be cool if he became a quirkless hero that could save people, but I also wouldn't mind him getting a quirk again. Theories about awakening a new quirk, getting New Order from the previous encounter, Tenko awakening inside AFO and giving Deku back power. Maybe AFO can't see the vestiges of OFA because tenko has the power now and not him. It could also be possible that he still has OFA as a quirk, but all of the stockpiled energy and everything along wirh it is gone, so he has to give it to somebody else to restart the cycle of giving power. If he does still have the ability to pass on quirks, a REALLY OUT THERE theory is that he could give his quirks to his classmates, they could give it to other people and he could get it back as a sign of them giving Izuku their strength. I would prefer an all out brawl than that though. I just don't see AFO being Midoriya's father, but if there could also be weird stuff with that. There's a lot if weird stuff, but it's definitely not out of the norm for what the universe is. As we've seen before, people with enough combat experience like Mirio were able to go toe to toe against broken ass quirks like Overhaul after having lost his quirk. So maybe at the end, Dekus experience could pull through.

I still question if Deku has totally lost his quirk. There is still one vestige in him it just isnt fully done baking yet

Honestly I think he will at the very least at the end of this anime have a quirk because at the beginning of the anime it says this is how he became the 1# hero implying that for a period of time in the mha universe he was out and about being the 1# hero like all might and also unfortunately I don't think the entire world would name him the 1# hero without a quirk even after what he did for them and to keep the title of the 1# hero he would need to go and fight crime and what not and I'm pretty sure he isn't gonna get the iron man all might treatment😅

perhaos AFO IS dekus dad and deku always had a version of AFO. Yoichis quirk wasnt able to be detected by OFA, as justification that its possible to have a quirk that cant be detected., When deku punches him maybe hell think "you never deserved this power" and BAM starts taking all his quirks on accident.

My hypothesis is deku gave his quirks to tenko shimura but he didn’t give them to All for One. So he is mistaken that he doesn’t have his quirk since one for all can only be given to a person willingly and since Deku didn’t give his quirks to All for One, All for One can’t use danger sense… and Deku’s been out of the fight for a minute he’ll feel it right as he gets back into the fight. Because those embers haven’t recognized Tenko is gone yet but once they do he’ll get them back
