After that, I'm a lady so I'll say no more *wink*. I love the infectious beat of this song. And the best part of your reaction was watching your smile grow, from a tiny starter smile as the video began to the kind of big smile that showed just how much you were enjoying it. Did you notice the "role call" of their names? Freddie called out each band member's name before their featured part (love the way he said Brian's name twice & rrrolled the R on Roger's). And near the start of the video it's Roger who calls out Freddie's name. For anyone who didn't notice, give it another listen. Such a fun little touch. Also loved that Deaky was gettin' down more than usual, and Brian looked so cool in those shades...multiple Brians with a multitude of curls.

Man, the official video from this album that you really want to watch is the title track, The Miracle. I guarantee you will LOVE it.

I'd steal Brian May's Red Special and go on the run ;) If I have something like favorite Queen songs (there's just too many great ones) The Invisible Man is one of those. I just LOVE John Deacon's iconic bass line - and judging from the video he did too. You hardly see him having this much fun. And he really looked damn cool with his hat. The bass carries the song and is nothing but sublime. Brian My's guitar playing is phenomenal in this but still nothing against the bass line. It's just so damn groovy. Love your reaction to it and how you lost yourself in the song from time to time and stopped paying attention to the video. I think that's the effect every song should have.

It may also be as simple as Queen being unafraid to try new things because they knew they didn't have all that much longer. They were always unafraid of trying new things, but by this time, they knew they were running on borrowed time because Freddie was dying, so it may have just been a "fuck it, we'll do even more of what we want and who cares what people think". As for the question...well...Queen might all appear in my bedroom, but Freddie, Brian and Roger are getting quickly banished to the lounge room. Not John. John could definitely stay in my bedroom. *cough, blush*

Man it looked like they had fun in this video. Any kid would be lucky if a rock band just suddenly showed up in their room. Also such a catchy song with one of the best guitar solos. There’s a demo version with Roger on lead vocals. It actually sounds great. But also this song and video are SO 80’s!
