I have a two year old son. Sometimes he has a hard time settling down and so I play this (amongst others) in the bath with candles or before bed to help ease his overactive mind and help instill a sense of calm and peace and love. If we can teach our children to be kind and live from a place of love then the possibilities are endless for them. Love & Light y’all!

Think of your soul as like a guitar and each string on it needs tuning every day to sound right. Environmental changes, air pressure, moisture, etc. all work to put the guitar out of tune constantly. The soul is the same way, stress, emotions, ailments, etc. all work to put our souls out of tune each day. This is a tuning fork for each string of your soul.

My routine is developing. First this beauty, then 15 minute guided guided chakra, then 15 minute scripture meditation. I just started month 4 of conscious energy shifting to reveal my souls direction. Turned off all daily media, poison to the soul. 🌈
