Even if my job title doesn't allow that, I could get some ideas from you. Thank you, Brianna. :)

Thank you for your amazing videos. If you get paid in the next 60 days and the candidate gets fired after 6 weeks what would happen to the fee? I assume you rebate it in some way? Thank you for your time.

Awesome video!! I LOVE your channel! I recently found your youtube channel and immediately subscribed. I got some comments, maybe this is better addressed on a video of its own, but I have always had issues with recruiters/headhunters because they always seem to be in it for themselves and don't give a damn about their candidates. You seem to one of the few who actually care about their clients (and by clients I mean people who will be doing the job, not the businesses). I have had nothing but the worst experiences with recruiters and so I am very wary of them now. There are a lot of BAD ones out there, downright awful. Can you comment on why there are so many bad ones, and how would an applicant like myself steer clear of them? When it comes to pay, vacation, perks, etc. the recruiters I have worked with (and it's been a lot, at least 20 to 30) they are scaredy and shy, and they're afraid of confrontation, afraid to negotiate on my behalf, afraid to ask not just for more money but overall scared to even ask for FAIR market value salary. WHY IS THAT? I do a better job advocating for myself than all of the recruiters I have dealt with. I got fired in June 30 due top COVID, I caught covid and took sick time and they fired me for getting sick, so I've been looking for work and gotten 5 offers through recruiters and have turned them all down because the recruiter would not advocate on my behalf and did not get me the salary I needed. I was making $96,330 a year, I made ir abundantly clear what I make with my MBA degree and 15+ years experience, and all the offers I got were between 55K to 75K, only one came close at 90K but it was like pulling teeth. This last offer I got was advertising a 90 - 110K salary, as per the website and recruiter, but their offer after 4 interviews was 70K with zero vacation days... I just got a new job that I pursued on my own and my offer was 163K. I did all the salary negotiations on my own and I applied and did all the legwork myself. My question is (sorry for the long rant), my question is WHY would a recruiter accept LESS than the advertised salary for a job on behalf of their applicant, and why are they scared to negotiate their applicant's salary and perks. It makes no sense. And why are recruiters afraid of confrontation?

Thanks for sharing this... Am new in recruiting and you made a great point. If the client couldn't afford to offer a market rate or wouldn't adjust their expectation perhaps hire a less experienced person for what they are willing to pay I guess they aren't a great client to represent in the first place. 👍 I think great recruiters should advocate for both candidates and the company they represent. Win-Win-Win

So are they paying 25% upfront ? Is it overtime? Also, is the placement a temp employee your agency or are they at perm with the client right away?
@TheMillionaireRecruiter
@TheMillionaireRecruiter 3 жыл бұрын
It's a one time fee paid at the end of a guarantee period (i.e. 30 days after the start date). They are perm placements with the client.
