I agree with you about recording yourself, then listening back. I do that for presentations. I will start doing that with calls. You hear the pauses and if the message you want to share is being communicated. Thank you for another great video.

I am just starting out. I offered to recruit for my school district as we were so short handed in every department. At first I was rather down about the amount if work vs pay scale; but now I’m seeing that I am getting experience in several disciplines and will be able to move forward as a recruiter from here!

How risky is it not to have a social media presence, such as LinkedIn? I don't have much of any technical recruiter experience, but I'm trying to transition into the industry. I know it seems odd, but I don't have any social media, except a many years ago abandoned FB.
