I don’t think people with depression are scared or ashamed to get help. I think they’re scared to be misunderstood. they just don’t want letting people know their story why and how they’re depressed.. People who are mostly depressed are the people who we think or see as happy or funny. They like making other people happy. Its pretty easy, but its hard to find our own happiness

My friends tried to get professional help and tried a psychiatrist but only ended up feeling blamed for feeling like that. This is one of reasons why ppl scared to open up. Motherfucking toxic ...

@@dumplinglover8042 Yes it is and they don't care and dont believe lts a real illness its the worst, no one understands till it gets bad worse.... they call you crazy and lazy i been in severe depression since 7 years no one ever cared everyone ended up boring. they all left l have no one l feel like l'm on my final days who would care anyway.....

@@dumplinglover8042 Detox the mind. Reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back straight, eyes closed, be as still as possible and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Anytime of the day or night before sleep sit or lie down on your back and observe your breath. Stillness brings internal peace. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

Depression has reached a level unsurpassed in many many ages. What is important for any previous or current sufferers to know is that they are uniquely special and are not cursed, but rather gifted souls that are being trained to lead and/or participate in the creation of an enlightened army that will begin the inevitable spiritual evolution. All except the last one. I'm not suicidal, but I am tired of this life. I used to say, I don't want to live, but I'm not suicidal. I'm alive, but I'm not living. It is true. I have made an appointment wth my Dr. Hopefully I can get some assistance with turning things around...😕

I have seven signs expect appetite change because it changed in the past and l started eating too much and gained weight ,now my appetite is normal but the other seven signs are still in me including suicidal thoughts and also sometimes I start eating too much and it feels like its killing me but no one cares and it's becoming severe day by day I can't escape l am so tired but no one cares about my pain l can't even study or concentrate on anything l have no one talk to the pain is unbearable now. I feel stuck. in my head and confused all the time l need help no one understands me l am sick of trying. l feel so empty, scared and trapped l need help.......... ....

I've been depressed all my life tried everything to disappear for all And suddenly I met this guy and everything went so great for one month he proposed but now my family disagrees I'm going to turn sucidal

When you are depressed , it is very likely to feel hopeless . But keep fighting those thoughts . Just know that you are valuable and worthy of every good thing in life. If you feel those thoughts persisting , please speak to a family member or friend who you can trust or a licensed therapist.
