I feel so relaxed and happy. I was worried at first doing such face massage, but looking at you, you are beautiful and elegant. I am going to do these from now on. I am new here and been doing these every other day. I moved so much fluid and swelling. But ladies and gentlemen don't for get your posture. Hold that head up high to stretch and use the muscles in face and neck. I'm always looking down and I started realizing posture affects the skin and circulation and muscles.

This is probably the best one, so far in regards to mouth lines. Great depth of techniques shown and knowledge. It doesn’t matter how many good videos there are, it’s all about the way you apply the techniques to avoid disappointing results.

Hi! I noticed that my pillowcase pulls at my skin at night, making the marionette lines worse. I purchased a silk pillowcase to see if this makes a difference!

Thanks for the video. I’m confused about the massage marionette lines. Some yoga teachers on you tube say that is not appropriate to massage them because it will stretch the skin as a result will be excess the skin. I’ve got deep marionette lines and want to vanish them instead of make it more visible. Could pls help and explain it?
