That was awesome, especially the nose exercise for allergies and the one after it for the brows and dark circle under the eyes. If you could do a routine for swelling/mucus releasing/allergies that would be awesome 🤩

I have a question..I also learnt gua sha but in the starting we move the tool towards in the neck and adter finishing it we drain down...but she is draining down the neck in the starting only..

She did very good - patience, proper pressure, good angulation and consistency. Gua Sha needs days, months or even years of practice, then you will see the final results.
