Why you hate your washer: because your load is constantly out of balance just like my Whirlpool washer that I used to have before I got a Samsung.

I laughed at the hateful Samsung beginning, because that is exactly how I felt about this washer. I watched it twice, ordered the parts, and followed it again as I undertook the repairs. In less than an hour, this 60 year old grandmother had everything fixed, and a load of laundry was spinning properly for maybe the first time ever! I also noticed that the water level in the machine seemed to be a bit higher, and the clothes were moving around like they should, whereas before, it never seemed to have enough water in the machine during the wash cycle. I can't thank you enough. Oh, and your helper is utterly adorable!!

We've had this model for less than a year. It is a mess! I regret this purchase.

My washer is only 3 years old and had this problem. You do not put where you ordered the stiffer springs. Does no good to say stiffer springs without the part and order number

If every machines have same issues, either Samsung used wrong material or design

Thank you for the helpful video. You have the patience of a saint. I'm shocked nobody seems to comment on Samsung's role in this equation...? My previous washer lasted over 20 years. I thought this was a 'quality upgrade' and lasts less than 2 years doing the laundry for 2 people? Why are we not suing Samsung?

I washed a load last night to come across the UB code. Watched maybe 6 videos and once I stumbled upon your video I was confident to start the job. Called a local parts dealer, picked up the part and within the hour I just put the first load to wash. Thank you very much for your help!

Thank You Sir for this helpful video. At first I called someone in this field to come & fix it. He said $375 & that I was getting a deal. I said ok, then I went online to buy the parts myself because he was charging me 4x more than what I was getting them for. I looked at the reviews about the parts & people were saying how they did it themselves by watching KZfaq videos & that’s what I did which led me to a few videos but yours was by far the most helpful step by step video.
