When I was in Hawaii about 5-6 years ago, we went on a helicopter ride and saw one erupt too! So glad you got the experience it’s amazing, did you go swimming with manta rays? We go every year and last year it got canceled due to weather, but we leave for Hawaii this Saturday!

I've had altitude sickness before. I was in my late 40's hiking out of the high uinta mountains. It was scary. I don't hike high mountains anymore. I live at about 4500 feet, a safe level for me.

Since you guys are in hawaii, have you ever heard of the under sea mountains??? It’s one of the only places around hawaii to find the fish known as “the deep 7.” The deep seven can only be caught within a small window of time during around before sunrise and a little after sunset. They use weight lours to sink them down quickly to the area where the fish are! You can learn more about it from the tv show called “deadliest catch bloodlines”
