One of mine was very senile, to the point that he would wander onto the stage and ask a student what the date was. Knowing that, a masterful lecture would follow. It was really quite amazing. He retired much-esteemed to his hobby of rose gardening.

It's a Hadith said by Prophet Muhammed Peace be upon him, this is it: If anyone travels on a road in search of knowledge, Allah will cause him to travel on one of the roads of Paradise. The angels will lower their wings in their great pleasure with one who seeks knowledge, the inhabitants of the heavens and the Earth and the fish in the deep waters will ask forgiveness for the learned man. The superiority of the learned man over the devout is like that of the moon, on the night when it is full, over the rest of the stars. The learned are the heirs of the Prophets, and the Prophets leave neither dinar nor dirham, leaving only knowledge, and he who takes it takes an abundant portion.

My mother has peritoneal cancer and it is pressing the ureters. Now she needs a Nephrostomy to avoid additional kidney issues. I can't thank you enough for this thorough explanation. It helps me understand better what's happening to her.

My only doubt is how is such a quality lecture available for free? I have attended all of those God damned long lectures on peritoneum in my college and I managed to get just a rough idea about what the hell it is, then there is this less than half an hour YT video that made it crystal clear. Thank you so much Dr.Morton for such an amazing lecture
