Speaking in Tongues is a Free Gift from God once you have gained Salvation. The Holy Ghost comes into your human spirit and starts teaching you how to pray in unknown tongues/languages. This scenario can be related to what Christ Jesus told His disciples about The coming of The Comforter. Study Acts 2 and also Acts 1:13. This gift is also one of the weapons of warfare a child of God has. It makes your prayer life very effective and you pray more. When speaking in tongues, the devil and all the demonic forces can't even understand what you are praying because its the Holy Ghost praying through you directly to God. Only God understands what you are saying. He might also give you understanding of this language if He Chooses. You pray mysteries while speaking in tongues. If you desire This gift, Kindly ask The Holy Spirit for it.

Pray for it, if possible fast for it believe it open your mouth speak that which you or people see as foolishness don't be ashamed. Just say senseless things from your mouth because that which is foolishness in the sight of man is wisdom in God sight because you speak mystery. When babies make those noises for your information they are communicating even if parents don't understand what the baby is saying.
