One of the funnest times was a big church in South Chicago. The Holy Spirit hit them that day and Grandmas were dancing in the isle. I just found you all ....and love it. I dig seeing you react to music I grew up with in the early days. How could you not love Phil Collin's drum solo? Bill Burr - Gold Diggers was deep on so many levels.

I have never tried Chitterlings before. We don't have it here .. but the intestines are used in a type of sausage called "mombar" and nobody ever complains about the smell unless you have a bad butcher and cook. as they say, "the problem is never in the ingredients, but the recipe".

I had a "Never here again" experience. They passed the plate around, an hour later, pastor told congregation form 2 lines in the aisle. Preacher said $20s on the left $100s on the right. My Mom used to make cow tongue, sliced up for sandwiches. On a sandwich cow tongue is amazing. It's a really mellow savory flavor, and if you see it on a meat delli menu, try it.

If you cook tongue right it is delicious. I had it once cooked with green beans and I thought it was ham and green beans. Almost fell over when I found out it was tongue. Loved seeing the normally stoic Brandon really, really laughing!

That is po' folks food, my dad used to say "we use the the whole hog boy, oink to tail". Head cheese, mountain oysters, chitlins, cracklins, and tons of lard. Will I eat it? If I have to, to survive. Except the cracklins, I love those things when they are fresh. I also don't eat cockscomb, cow tongue, kidneys, liver, fries, and a lot of other things that I did as a kid.

Gary been doing all black crowds for a while now bet used to have late night stand up I believe it was Comic View on the weekends at like 11:00 or 11:30 so a lot of these comedians have been out for a long time but Gary Owens was one of the only white boys back then maybe even be only white boy for a long time he's always been funny as hell and he's always been doing comedy for black audience that's how he got in Think Like a Man because he knows a lot of those dudes and came up in the same scene with them

I've always wanted to go to a black church. I grew up in a Baptist church but I've lived in Maine my whole life and up here there's no such thing as a black church. It's a shame because black churches have always looked like a good time.
