RECOMMENDED VIOLINS:
Fiddlerman violins are the only violins I currently recommend. You can choose the violin to suite you depending on your budget. Remember the cheaper you go (buying rubbish from Amazon for example), the worse the violin will be (garbage most likely) and the HARDER it will be to learn - which is why Fiddlerman violins are an excellent beginners choice:

HAVING TROUBLE TUNING YOUR VIOLIN?
This might help: • 5 ways to stop violin ... bubt if they are slipping a lot and you are having trouble tuning the violin, then you should get something better set up (see above).

My brother got me a beginner/student violin for Christmas (he's the best little bro. I know). The type of thing I've always wanted to learn but can never justify buying myself. First thing I did was break a string tuning. And you got me right back to it, having replaced my first string, something that intimidated the hell out of me. See that why I think you're a great teacher because you do it in a way that you want people to know how to play not just a quickie type of tutor that gives you more in less time and not being able to understand what to do. I have listen to you since you were doing the piano and I love your teaching Alison. Now I grant you I don't have a Piano Or a Violin but I can pick up every detail you say. And I just love the way you show us how it is done correctly. I also love when you tell your audience NOT to WORRY. Not only that but I love it so much when you did that song by Elvis Presley with you and the other lady from Hawaii. I believe the song is called can't help falling in love. When you played that Violin it was like you made that violin cry in a sweet sound. I love when you played it... It went straight to my heart. I felt it as you were playing that song Can't Help Falling In Love with the other lady from Hawaii. great tune Alison. They always say music hits you right in the heart. Your kind of music I love it. Sorry for this long e- letter Alison. sincerely Jerry

“My name is Alison, the online piano, and violin, cheater,” is what it sounds like to my American ears, and I love it~💖😇 I have always wanted to play the violin, and got my chance in my early teens (was even called a, “prodigy,” by my tutor, who also gave me my first violin), but due to family problems, I ultimately fell out. Eventually, my ex broke my violin (in my mid-twenties). I have recently bought a violin, and went searching for a tutor I can afford (🤣😅), and stumbled across your channel (I am now in my mid-thirties)! Thank you for these videos! Both those are the same. Music uses the first 7 letters of the alphabet so it’s irrelevant whether you start from C or A as music starts on any note in any order. Yes, Finland, Netherlands and Germany etc all use H for B. Same note, same thing.

I just got back my old violin which I hardly played. Back then, the KZfaq vids out on violin playing were slim to none and did not have the money for it. Sister kept my violin and I noticed there were some practice (A string was gone and the bow strings were out of context). So, I took it back and am going to practice again. FYI, my violin is a starter, possibly an AILEEN. Cheers!

I just had a violin, bought for me by my parents. I'ts my first time playing any instruments actually. They bought a book online but doesnt give concrete tutorals and explanations; its mostly inunderstandable (probably because of the accented english) and just gets into how to play without analyzing how to hold it properly and everything. So, thank you so much for this video.
