Prof. kindly explain mediating variable assumptions as You said Barren Kenny approach as three conditions for mediating variables. but now researchers negating and saying its outdated method of mediation as Aguinis et al., 2016; Rucker et al., 2011. Prof. kindly tell is it necessary to fill three conditions for mediating variable or we can use mediating variable even didn't fill these three conditions of Barren and Kenny. Thanks in anticipation
