In this Physics video for B.Sc. in Hindi we explained the basics of special theory of relativity. We discussed on time dilation, length contraction, twin paradox and two postulates of Special Relativity Theory given by Albert Einstein.
Time dilation : When one observer is in relative motion with respect to another, the second observer feels that time for the first observer passes slower with respect to her.
Length contraction : When one observer is in relative motion with respect to another, the second observer feels that length is contracted in the frame of the first observer with respect to her.
Postulates of Special Relativity Theory : First, the laws of Physics are the same in all inertial frames. Second, the speed of light in free space is of the same value (c = 299792458 m/s) for all inertial frames.
