I can't help but hear lyrics like these literally and imagine a story about an actual angel in some sort of fantasy supernatural conflict, enlisting the help of a human to fight with her, and then, romance, drama, ect. not the most novel concept I'm sure, but cool to picture in my head.

This song is very applicable right now. My wife, who is a pastor, is currently flying her way home. She is broken, ankle and foot and I am an old soldier. Even after 19 years of marriage, we still love each other and prefer to travel together.

Seriously, why does this not have more views???? Been a fan of Theory of a Deadman for a long time and they deserve so much more recognition, the radios need to stop playing all this pop crap and play some good ol rock music, alternative, punk, classic, etc, just no more miley, justin, nicki, or any of that bogus.

this is the first song i've listend from theory of a deadman and i must say this song is amazing!! just wow!!

I came 2nd in TOADM's Facebook t-shirt design competition, but after 2 months I didn't get the prize, so I sent them an e-mail and they said could I make it to the next show. I was going to that one anyway. During the show I managed to get a guitar pick with their name on it. When the show ended, I went up to one of the security guards and showed them the email telling me I had come 2nd in the competition. He then took me backstage to meet the band for free, get my t-shirt with the design on it signed by all the band members, and a free hoodie. A couple of days later I got my prize in the mail, which included a signed copy of Savages, a t-shirt, and a cup holder with their name on it.

My analysis is that he fell in love with a drug addict. He thought he could save her. She thought he could save her. He couldnt. She was beyond saving. She died. He had to come to terms with her death and that it wasn't his fault........But I can also see supernatural in it. Destiel forever!!

Saw them in concert about 8 years ago. They were really good. Great hard rock/ alternative sound. You can really tell that the music industry has taken their style over. They're soft now and the songs reflect that. I wish they would go back to heavier, more riff oriented music. It's a shame that the industry won't just let bands be bands.
