Question, did Rowan have a 2 year old sleep regression? My daughter is going to bed at like 10-11pm and ocassion ally wakes up around 2-3am and stays up for like an hour 😩 it’s been going on for the past 4 weeks ever since she turned 2. Help a mama out if anyone has tips or insight to how to deal! Lol my husband and I are so exhausted

My daughter definitely had one at 2 (she’s 3.5 now) and it was rough. Unfortunately there’s not much you can do but know it will pass! Until there’s another one lol those sleep regressions are no joke 😣

Has she always gone to sleep around 10-11pm? My girls (3 and 2) thrive on an early bedtime! They go to bed around 8pm and wake up 7:30 or 8am! Your daughter could be over tired especially with being up during the night. Best of luck!
