Dan Brandon it is from an anime called Katanagatari, from the monogatari series' author. It has 12 one hour- episodes ,but episode 11 has a problem in many websites : it has only 32 minutes. So,you'll have to search a lot because episode 11 is so important to the series. This anime is in my top10 favourite animes and I recommend it. I hope I helped you.
