What material did you use for the lining? I see so for this project do you just stitch the lining at the neckline with the main fabric and it is not needed for side seams?

I use triple stretch stitch, thread is cotton and presser foot is a plastic kind for lightweight fabric but I don’t know what it’s called.

I'm working on a gown right now but I can't understand how the lining seams won't poke out and by visible on the inside? Could you please explain that for me? Maybe I'm just missing sm in the tutorial...Thank you!

It is called understitching, you will stitch along the neckline on the lining about 1/8 inch, seam allowance should be resting on the lining side when you do this.
