He will be reborn, there is no death, only a passage. Also in addition, we are God! Jesus is God, we are Jesus and God, I am you and you are me. We never die because we are just observers! Dead is always a door and not a end, a door to something better, maybe another life, maybe another type of human, we never know! Just live and be aware that God planned everything!

There are definitely gd & bad ways to grieve. It was incredibly difficult to mentally let my father go, it took me about 2 years to get through the worst of it. The shock & the waves of grief that overwhelm & then receed are normal & s.thing one must go thru. Strangely i think it ultimately had certain positive effects on me. I no longer get bogged down in petty things & appreciate life more, it is so very fleeting. I'm sure their all waiting for us s.where. I flatlined in 2015 for just a little over two minutes. And I know life goes on from here. My experience was different I did not see any buildings or structures all I seen was green grass and I was walking through what seemed like a light mist and the thing I felt the most was this overwhelming feeling of peace and love and just knowing nothing bad will happen again. I seen my dog than my mother’s mother and as I went towards her I remember being asked do I want to stay or go back and it was like literally looking over my shoulder and seeing the world and I thought I want to stay but when I thought of my mother I was immediately back looking at the doctors and nurses that were around me. I cannot emphasize how peaceful it felt I never felt it before or since. I did not see god or a white light but I felt an overwhelming presence and that’s what I believe is the Almighty. I don’t think we are capable of comprehending what exactly God is. But from my experience God is great. And now I have no fear of when my time is up because I’ll be going home.

There’s something to the common motif of the happy peaceful grass… I truly think each blade of grass has its own unique individual consciousness and is capable of feeling and sharing just as much love as we can. We are both comprised of exactly the same consciousness, made to be distinct and separated from the whole in this current reality. Each individual sliver of consciousness, whether it’s your own “inner self” or a blade of grass, is just like a drop of water in the ocean. Separated aspects of a singular whole, all emanating from what we attempt to define and comprehend as God.

It is so important for each of us to realize that we live in a "thought responsive" universe that is truly 100% perceptive and responsive to all of our thoughts and beliefs and desires. We cannot lie or otherwise delude this great consciousness that we are a part of, though we certainly have the power to limit its effectiveness in our lives. As I listen to the many experiences I see many similarities and many differences. I pray that each of us has enough wisdom to not jump on the bandwagon that "religion" has for so many years. Each person, with their own revelation, holds "that revelation" up as "the only" truth that there is, and seeks to judge all other viewpoints. Today there are over 100,000 denominations of christianity. I don't capitalize that word because of what man has done to it. We just need to realize that each nde is so personalized for each person and is designed for each individual at that particular time in their experience and will continue to morph into useful editions as we grow wiser. One of the hardest barriers to believing, for many who have not had an nde, is the "hell" and "heaven" component. I have sorted my own beliefs out around these concepts but I know that many billions of people simply refuse to believe in an afterlife where bad people aren't punished. This is clearly a vindictive belief system to be stuck in (the idea of hell), but we need to realize that even people who are persuaded of such a belief are simply in the stage of their development where it is helpful and necessary for them to believe this way. Of course, as most souls, if they are honest with themselves, realize, this is a very limiting belief system that holds us back from true growth and most people will realize this, eventually. I know that I have family members who simply refuse to believe that these NDE's are anything other than satanic deception. In this age of Aquarius, this great pouring out of knowledge and truth is a wonderful thing to be a part of. Keep up the good work everyone, hope is vital and a needed message for people today.

This video is really heartwarming. My Grandfather had a similar experience, and once he came back to life he wasn't scared of dying. He was told that his time wasn't up yet. Years later, he died of an incurable brain tumour. My Great Aunt also had a similar experience. She said she was never really religious but it opened her eyes up and she is now very spiritual. I myself haven't had one of these experiences, but I was raised Catholic, and have always held God close to my heart. I'm 22, and still have my whole life ahead of me, but I hope I can make this world a better place.

@@oh_Siddhie97 As far as I know Jesus wasn't teaching that suffering is a lesson. He was healing - so taking away suffering from people. But maybe you're talking about some other Jesus - it is a popular name in Mexico.

I haven't listened to your story . I had an NDE in July 21 , complete Respiratory Failure 3 times. Place in a Coma and out on life support. When I died I realised I was dead and it was just my Eternal Soul, but still ME. I went and saw my Mother, her Spirit Guide, My Father,Brother and a lot of Relatives, Grandparents even. I only got to speak to my mother, remember I had no body, it was just my Soul. The conversation was me directly in front of my mother and it was done Telepathically. A lot went on and I was told I had to go back, that they didn't know how I got there. A lot of stuff has happened, I spent a lot of time in Hospital and finally got home. I have been told how long I have here on Earth to Learn what I need to learn to be able to progress to and survive in the next Dimension, the 5th Dimension. Everything where I went operates on vibrations and you even recognise known Souls through Vibrations. We are all in someway inextricably linked . I also learnt that you get 7 reincarnations for Earth , some Souls only need 1 and progress. Apparently I will be 87 when I go back there !

its overrated, meaning too inflated & resources diminishing game. this "We plan our lives?" is coping mechanism, could be true, might not be, irrelevant which is the fact, for situation remains that billions are born into this shithole filled with all kinds of creatures gross & situations abysmal. so to say you planned it - is like saying - it is your own fault. & game certainly appears different on marketing pitch making it be next best thing after sliced bread & hot water... & installed with bugs. instead of "We plan our lives?" I claim life itself as false advertisement. while in it you think you have something to lose so you make all kind of stupid moves mostly afraid. in actuality one is tricked to get in based on false promises or supposed past karma, etc, so controllers of this mess can have fresh blood for their syphoning energy orgies. I do not like this world, this people, this life eats life scheme, this place filled with all kinds of devils posing as persons with power, politicians, etc. not afraid of consequences of my thoughts or life only disgusted at entire ordeal.

I don't know if i should tell this, or whether my comment will be deleted by YT without any notice, but being a Catholic myself, on some occasions in my sleep, i got into lucid dream state unintentionally. And in some of it, i happen to stumble into that white marble building. It happened twice when i was 10 years old and in my 20s. The first one was when i was having a dengue fever, i stumbled into the garden that was meant for reunion, accurately described like the one in the video. Maybe due to being not that far away from the beginning of my new life, i could still remember some parts that i went through in that place, like the life orientation and the past life review, also the planetarium i visited after, i remember eating some food there while watching the planets. Not only that, i happened to remember three of my past lives: 1. one being an abandoned kid at an airport, saying my goodbyes to whoever good kid i made friends with there who departed by plane, the plane was a bit unusual, in which it looked more like ocean cruise than the passenger planes we use on earth, but it could fly like a normal plane does 2. Being a fugitive who jumped to his death from a skyscrapper in his chase. This is likely the last life i experienced before i started to live this life. 3. A kid aboard the same kind of plane, going to do some olympiade, but then died due to plane crash, likely the same world as the one in point 1. They both had the same golden orange sky at noon What some rough lives i've had there... continuing on, then in the garden i met the people who are likely the ones i know those lives, but i forgot many of them, their past relationships with me, their names, their faces, i forgot them. Being the kid i was, i'm really afraid of strangers so i ran away, i still remember the kid i met there shouted at me, "Wait! Don't be afraid of my dog, he doesn't bite!". But i keep running and running until one of the spirit guardians caught me, hugged me while saying that everything will be okay, then i returned into my uncle's car, he was driving me to the hospital. On the 2nd occasion where i stumbled there again, i happen to be in the place where the afterlife corridor is, it's dark, and i also saw 3 old people passing to and from there, likely the ones who just completed their lives and passing on. I was curious of what's in there and tried to go in, but there was this shockwave that prevented me from going in and pushed me back, the more i try to push further in, the shockwave starts to give me a burning sensation (maybe because i'm still a living person). So i stepped back and explore the other areas without any guide around me. and i saw several rooms filled with different people wearing white clothes undergoing their life orientations and past life reviews, one were being shown of their life singing choir in a church, one other were shown being a ballerina, one other being shown of their life as musician, playing his violin. I also tried to go see the outside of that marble building, and i saw several white marble columns outside on the right and left side of the large road towards the entrance of the building, they look magnificent. And the sky outside was clear blue without any clouds. It was a great experience exploring it, but my time in there was very limited due to being in a dream state, and there were some places that i can't access like the castle and the library at that time, maybe we have to complete our lives first before being able to enter those, like what i did at the planetarium. I don't know if this will help satisfy your curiosity, but i hope it'll be an interesting read

@matthew parker There are accounts from brain-dead persons, even a neuorsurgeon, that became revived. But if you want to believe nothing happens afterwards; what a hopeless belief that is, especially when so many NDE accounts are uniform in their descriptions with relatively few variables. Definately enough evidence, even without Biblical faith, that eternal cognative afterlife exists.

I can still remember when God called me before i was born. As soon as I agreed I went before two elders to talk about the life I was about to take on. As i turned from them I went down to the earth to a two story house with stairs on the right side I went up to the stairs and went in, there in a bedroom i saw a man and a woman with a small child. I'll not say more about but when I asked my mother later in life why they were sleeping in the middle of the day she said my father worked in a factory at night. My mother said they moved from there before I was born. The one thing stands out is the love that God has for each and every one. I know in my heart this memory is real. hope this helps someone

I could see the back of my head from like 2-5 meters away. I came back to my body after a while and made it to the beach. I couldn't stand after and even breathing was hard. The part of the relatives doing a gathering to receive the person resonates with something that happened in my family. My grandpa was in his death bed and we didn’t know it since he always had pneumonia but would recover. But some days before his death, he said he had a very vivid dream of his relatives preparing a party for him, to receive him. He said that he felt he’d die and we didn’t believe it… but it happened. 💛

Similar thing happened with my Mom. She was fighting pancreatic cancer, her last week she told my sister she had a dream on that Sunday night where she was already dead walking in clouds and saw her brother, but that her brother shook his finger and told her “not yet” … a day later my brother came to town to visit and she had a good burst of energy and appetite for a few days. As a Spiritist, I feel this channel is important to remind people that every difficulty we are going through is temporary. The message from the spirits is consistent throughout the world: we are here to learn. Know yourself, examine your challenges, failures, vices and work to fix them. Our greatest challenge is to tame our ego. We work for our family. We want the best for OUR children, for OURselves, OUR communities. We don't think a lot about those who have less than we do; or the children living in bad neighborhoods and going to underfunded schools. We complain about the unhoused and look with disdain to the poor. We must embrace a life of service, helping others with all the resources we have: our goodwill, our smiles, our kindness, our time, our presence, our attention, and if possible, financially. There is no religion in the afterlife. Titles, social status, wealthy mean nothing there. The only possession we take with us is the good done in our lifetime.

I’m in my late 50s, and was interested in spiritual stuff since the age of 14. Two months before my 18th birthday it happened. A teacher at my sixth form gave a talk on the soul, or ‘self’. I was fascinated, I connected with it immediately, instinctively knowing I was more than this body. That’s 40 years ago. I had been reading books for the previous two years about stuff like this. It set me up for life, and even more when I became a Christian at 40. A very spiritual and privileged life it’s been, God is looking after me even now.

Serious question. If they actually think it’s important for us to know of the afterlife, then why not tell the person who is coming back a piece of important, previously unknown knowledge, like the solution to Fermat’s Last Theorem, or the unified theory? Surely they must realize that just another NDE story won’t convince many people that don’t already believe, right? Yet if an average Joe came back with the unified theory, practically everyone would believe. To me this is one of the many reasons I tend to think these are products of the mind. Basically extremely vivid dreams

Isn't that the journey of every individual, to find his/her own form of spirituality in his/her own way. And to get there, they have to learn certain lessons, which to the outside may seem like a waste of life, but for that person is exactly what it needs. Incidentally, I have read the book, and what I find confusing at times, along with many other stories I have heard around the afterlife, is that they are all different. What I remember from the book is that most people choose the light and come back to earth, but if you get past the images that evoke fear, and you stay, you enter the afterlife. This sounds different from what the person in this video says. At the end, there are parales in all the stories, but they are also different, as I read it.

She's had operations for breast cancer, chemo, shots in the eyes for macular, and at one time she died on a gurney from a stroke. I'd like to tell my nieces, her children, that you need to tell her that you let her go. That way she can go to next life instead of living in pain and misery on earth. I mentioned to my sister about what I've read and understand about passing, that it's a glorious experince. She interupted and gave me a look like, she doesn't want to hear it, and she doesn't want to go on, she wants to stay on earth. The time is drawing near where she'll have no choice but to pass, but I wish she'd understand now. Oh well...

I pray that the seeds you planted are what she'll cling to when she does lose her. I know I found Christianity and was saved in 2019. One year before losing my precious mom. I was my momma's baby. The youngest of 4 girls and we just had a special bond. Also bc she almost lost me. I was a premie at 2pds born end of May, her due date was August 5th. Spent 3 months in incubator. Anyway. We were very close. Me becoming Christian wasn't of me. I didn't remove the doubts I had always had. I was never an atheist but I just had so many questions I couldn't wrap my head around it all. But for my entire life I wanted that certainty I saw other Christians have in their faith. I never could obtain it on my own. But something changed me Summer of 2019. God reached my heart somehow and I promise that wasn't of me. Because if it was that easy ...I would have obtained certainly years earlier... because I wanted it my whole life. I was surprised faith came to me at nearly 50yrs old. It ofcourse was a blessing because we didn't know we would lose our mom and it was tragic the way she left. I needed God, and I was able to get thru bc I felt his love for me. I'll pray that for your loved ones. That they experience the love of their father in heaven ASAP. To KNOW with certainty, she's at peace 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

That's my biggest problem with reincarnation and rebirth. But apparently from what I have studied, if this is true, there is a way out of this so-called endless cycle of birth and rebirth. It's realizing that you're not the body and that you are in essence a spirit soul. It's when we realize this and give up the notion of being the controller of our lives and surrender fully to God that we end this cycle. I don't know. All I know is I don't want to come back either.

Hello dear one. I don't want to interfere, everyone has their own unique process. For myself I found a lot of peace and healing when I got involved in an active way of moving through my own grief. There are different ways out there, I really find the Grief Recovery Handbook is really a good approach. There may be a facilitator nearby where you are. It's important to have someone to tell the stories to as we go through a process as you do the work. It's heavy work, but that's how gardening is some time. 🙂 All the best.

John Davis explains so beautifully what Eastern faiths have already known since a thousands of years. There is no death; we are divine beings having a human experience. Just the way we change our clothes, our soul changes the bodies. Once this life is over there will be another based on our karmic patterns. We have lived many many lives before too. Lovely video and beautifully articulated!

"Once this life is over there will be another based on our karmic patterns" I doubt karma is real. Causality only applies on earth. Logically if we are bored gods who make our own theme parks for entertainment , we simply choose whatever role playing character we wish to live. Afterall, life on earth is just temporary, doesn't matter whether we live out a good or evil life. We the immortals has no consequences of anything.

Everyone seems to have a different take and I think what I always take-away is that all are “near” death experiences, and each person seems to get what they needed to hear/see to give them hope, peace, and a renewed feeling of wonder about life and beyond. Hey everyone. Iam from india.. What this man has explained clicks with me.. Everything is true... Just know that there are universal principles that remain same but the forthcoming experiences that come from them can be subjective for each and every soul. Lifetimes exist and the cause and effect of past actions and impressions are carried on... Do learn to meditate properly everyday and what is more important is to shed the body before the body sheds you..We don't need to die to realise our true nature.. This comment will likely go unnoticed, but part of your story resonates with the most vivid "dream" I've ever had in my life, some 14 years ago. I was 14 years of age and had been suffering with a terrible fever. I was living in a new country, getting chubby, being grumpy and careless, yet had a crippling fear of death. I went to sleep that night, and at some point, I found myself dreaming that I was dashing through a forest in the dead of night, chasing something urgently. As I fought through a patch of thick brush at speed, I found that there was a sudden cliff's edge and it was too late for me to stop in time. I began falling from a great, great height. To this day, I clearly remember thinking "Oh sh*t!" as I fell in darkness to the hard ground below. After I hit the ground with a thud (feeling absolutely no pain whatsoever), I was still semi "conscious". I remember being unable to move, but could see my mangled arms and legs as everything began slowly faded to black. I "awoke" in a blinding white, windowless room (it was like a regular hotel room, but with the brightness turned up, and all furniture etc was whiter than anything you can imagine. Immediately I noticed a photo booth (anyone remember those? Where you used to get your passport photos taken?), and felt compelled to walk over and sit inside. As I sat down on the stool, the screen in front of me lit up, and there was a questionnaire of sorts. The main questions I can recall were, "How do you think you have done in life?" and "Have you been a good person?" - I know this sounds cheesy as all hell, but it felt realler than life itself. When I had finished the questionnaire, I was asked to pull out a white thumb drive that I suppose had stored my "results" and exit the booth. I then instinctively knew that this thumb drive should be plugged directly into an old analog alarm clock beside the bed in this large room. I then felt compelled to get into bed and "go to sleep". I awoke once again in this dream, only to notice the photo booth was gone from the room. But now, there were several large, basic windows across two of the walls. I remember getting up and looking out from said windows, and seeing almost a kind of "hobbit shire", or teletubbies-type landscape of rolling green hills and blue skies. There was a small lake not overly far from the room I was in, and I saw a dark-haired man in a suit, who I believe was teaching a large group of young children how to walk on water. The man in the suit then looked up at the window and smiled, and I immediately woke up in real life (in my regular bed) in panic. My fever was gone, but my bed was soaked. I was shaking at how vivid the dream had been. I lied there for a good half an hour contemplating everything. I felt a great sadness as I imagined how the children from the dream had died in real life, but also a relief that they were in such a beautiful place. My interpretation of the experience was that God, or whoever, puts these kind of experiences in a way that we can comprehend and relate to (thumb drives and photobooths were a common thing 15 odd years ago), which would explain why religious individuals throughout history have slightly different depictions of "heaven" and the afterlife. They would not have the same tech and clothing for reference. My fear of death was greatly lessened, and I never have been able to forget that experience. I never did see what my results from the "test" were, but only looking back at this very moment can I assume that I was sent back to try and improve things on that front. I realize I need to do more kind deeds. I need to experience more of this beautiful world while I still have the gift of life. I haven't done enough since the dream. If you don't believe my account, that's fine. As I reread it, it does seem like a fictional writing of sorts. But I've thought about the dream a lot over the years, and tried my best to be as descriptive as possible. But with my hand on my heart, I can promise I had this experience. Could it have been an insanely wild dream? Something formulated by my brain to lessen my anxiety of dying and to be kinder? Possibly. But I believe it was something else. Something spiritual. Something to do with God. Have a good day, and thank you for reading if there was anyone who took the time out of their day. - Drew.

Hey Drew, Aaron here. I had a dream also where I was in a vehicle crash with a semi, went over the side of a bridge and was tossed into the water. As the front end of the vehicle hit the water everything froze and a questionnaire (!!!) Appeared in the middle of my field of view. It was similar to a computer pop-up while using Windows. It asked what I was currently doing (I fell asleep watching a television show), and then a couple more questions. I was then transported to a building that seemed like an abandoned hospital in the middle of a sand desert. There was a reunion and I met my guardian angel named Nick. The floor I was on looked like an abandoned office where cubicles would have been. An elevator opened up and people started POURING out if it. I didn't physically recognize anyone but I knew them. We celebrated by dancing and singing in absolute joy. I raised my hands in victory as I exclaimed, "I made it to heaven!!!". I then stepped (more like teleported) outside. I was smoking a cigarette and looked at a dilapidated sign that was hanging in disrepair off the ceiling of an awning. It looked like an emergency room sign but the glass was busted on my side so I read, backwards, Tenbrae. Then I woke up. Fascinated, I wrote down everything. I got the feeling to Google what tenbrae was, thinking it was just dream gibberish even though it all felt so very real. What I found floored me. Tenbrae pulled up nothing BUT Google asked, "Did you mean to say tenebrae?" Here is the actual definition: (in the Roman Catholic Church) matins and lauds for the last three days of Holy Week, at which candles are successively extinguished. Several composers have set parts of the office to music. Set. The. Office. To. Music? I was absolutely floored and literally sat on the edge of my bed with my mouth open in amazement. I then knew that my dream was actually real. I'm not a Roman Catholic. As a matter of fact, I hadn't been to church since I was 12 or 13 years old and I was 30 when I had the dream. I shared this with you because of the questionnaire portion. That is exactly what I experienced as well. You're not alone and I know you're not fabricating that story. Thank you for sharing that with us and I hope you try to bless everyone you encounter, regardless of any pre-fabricated judgements you may have. I pray that your life be blessed as well. We became brothers in this. I'm in WV, USA. If you're anywhere close I'd like to meet you for coffee or something and compare notes. This similarity makes me feel like I already know you. My experience. I am the witness to the second coming of Jesus Christ for he showed me in this vision. Jesus is on his way. I had a real-life vision experience it's the only way to describe it. It wasn't a dream or a nightmare more like a present twilight moment. It was vivid and unforgettable. I was taken somewhere and shown this. In a nutshell, this is how it started. I was in bed and just after waking up and I turned in bed to one side and when I turned back to the other side It started and was like, at least what sounded like 1000 heavy footsteps marching heavily up my stairs and coming into my room and they were sweeping away everything with brooms, I never saw them. I felt everything is been swept away and I felt a presence get into the bed with me and push me down through the ground and I went running down an underground tunnel. The first stop I experienced was, in this massive cave in front of me a was a massive pair of black curtains and when they were pulled open I saw a gigantic size Earth with millions and millions of human Beings, suffering in anguish. you can just imagine my state of being going through this shocking encounter, one minute you are in bed and then the next here you are. I was then shown black and white portraits of evil-looking men and they went flying past me like they were running away from something, and I remembered asking myself this question over and over "Why are they running". I went further down this tunnel and it was scary, It was then I called out "Jesus help me" and at that millie moment I saw the hand of Jesus come in and whisp me out like scooping water with your hand from a pond. I was instantly taken out and saved, I was put back in my Bed. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. My take on this experience is now 3 years on. I was physically shaken up from this experience for a long time afterwards, it took me a long time to come to terms with this trauma it even went as far as I was afraid to go to bed. When I got the chance to study my experience I knew it was a spiritual awakening to the evil that is upon us. The massive Black curtains represent our elected governments lying to us on a massive scale worldwide. The "heavy footsteps marching" represent Evil policies forced on the people and the "sweeping with brooms" represents a massive change is on the way, everything we know is been swept away. the "Earth and the people in anguish" are what the people will go through in the not-to-distant future. The one thing that stuck in my mind all of this time was "Why were these evil-looking men running" Why were they running? The only answer now is that they were running from Jesus. Pure and simple. Jesus Christ is coming back. Jesus Christ picked me up on his way here and saved me. I am the witness to the second coming of Jesus Christ. This happened to me on the first morning of the Covid lockdowns in March 2020. Please take from this message as you read it for I have received it loud and clear... Jesus Christ saved me from this evil outcome that is upon us. He will save you. All you have to do is call out his mighty name. "Jesus"

I had a NDE at the age of around 14. It finally gave me the gift of seeing how people unconsciously hold on to their negative energy. I became a Somatic Therapist. Oh, boy. We are on the cusp of entering a new stage. It won‘t be long until modalities to effectively release suppressed traumatic stress is commonplace. Without any weird rituals or unexplainable techniques. Good solid work that is understandable for everybody. It‘s far easier than it seems.

I remember being interested, but less intimidated by the upcoming technology as a young child in the 2000's. Makes sense, as they're only emulating part of our abilities. Yet I wonder how it will have impacted my life at hinsight. Their usage has changed my life a lot. That's actually what's scaring me a bit today.

This is not the first time I hear someone telling the same kind of things in NDE. It is always fascinating to see the similarities in NDEs. Very detailed information and I really do belive him.

John, I too raised Catholic and I have long had an understanding of Life After Life but perhaps because my Mom had an NDE 25yrs prior to her crossing over. The part of the Mass at the Consecration where we say the Heaven and Earth joins in worship ... if you could see 👀 all the saints, angels, loved ones who have crossed over gather with us around the altar. If only people could see, but may we still believe. Thank you for your share of your experience.

If you're Catholic answer me this, without looking it up. How are you saved? It's very specific and the Bible tells us who will go to heaven. I know you can't tell me because your concept of salvation is not found in the Bible. And what does that tell you

@@Creedbunman65 I know it's sacrilege to say this, as someone who identifies as a Christian, but do you ever think for a moment that some of the Churches teachings have been hijacked by man for power and control? I believe in Jesus, and I believe he was real and died on the Cross the message being that we can all be resurrected, but I have problems with the fact that many have never, or will never hear the word of God, or Jesus, and what does that say about what you are saying? Are they damned to Hell bc of their ignorance? If you would have been born an Indian 500 years ago would you go to Hell bc you worshiped the Hindu gods? I think the church puts too much time into eternal damnation bc if God is Love, and if he is more love than any human could possibly bestow on another human being, then how is it that a parent would never wish for their child to suffer eternal damnation for not doing what they are told? Am I to believe that God is the embodiment of Love, but He throws us into a game where the losers burn in a lake of fire with no end? If I could never do such a thing to another human being, let alone my own child who I 'created' and love, how could God? I understand that this might be YOUR interpretation of God and Jesus, but it is not mine. No, I believe that Jesus dropped a few hints about things, such as Luke 17:21 "Neither shall they say, Lo here, or Lo there, for Behold, the Kingdom of God is within you."

@@Creedbunman65 I spent many years having heavy, and I mean heavy, theological debates with JWs, Mormons, and especially Catholics. I even created whole webpages debunking the Vatican to send them to. I know all the biblical verses and passages to hurl at the opposing side as though they were weapons; as well as how to deflect their responding attacks, using nothing but scripture, down to the punctuation. Let me tell you what I learned after all those years. It doesn’t matter how right you are, how well you can deconstruct and debunk a theological view, how many Bible verses you can present to support your own; it doesn’t even matter if you objectively WIN the debate… it just doesn’t matter. You will simply NOT get through to them. It’s not logic and reason that converts, it’s the heart. And if someone’s heart is in a different place, all the logic, reason and Bible verses in the world will not change that. In fact, your aggressive approach will just harden their hearts even more. I would suggest you do what I had to eventually do.. turn around and examine yourself. Why did you just approach the Catholic that way? Is your intention to genuinely bring them closer to God? Or to win a debate and flaunt your intellect? If it’s to bring them closer to God, you’re not doing a very good job of it.. Remember, you catch more flies with honey. I feel like all this denominational dogma has led us to judge others even harsher than God Himself does. You don’t know that individuals heart, God does. It’s not your place to tell them whether they’re saved or not, that’s God’s. Your job is to treat others with love and compassion as Christ does, and to judge as you wish to be judged. Behaving Christ like in a cruel wicked world is what coverts others, not your theological intellect.

I wonder how the events differ for those that take their own lives. My neighbor and friend took her own life last year right after Thanksgiving. I think about her all the time. Her house has a palpable sadness over it now that I can’t explain. I miss her.
