This reminds me of my Bored Bracelet which my mother made. I would wear it to doctor appointments so while I was waiting for the doctor all by myself with just a little paper robe on I could peruse through all the different pretty beads dangling off.

Hi Pamela I was watching your video. And you picked out a little glass borble with a seed. I recognised it straight away from my childhood. It’s a grain of mustard seed. My aunt in the USA gave me one when I went to see her when I was 12 years old. Unfortunately I lost it. But it was something very precious to me. How I would love to still have it. I am now 75 years and still have that love for its meaning to me. OX

I’m so glad to know I’m not the only hoarder of broken and abandoned jewelry. Most of my jewelry comes from thrift stores in huge jars or stuffed to the gills gallon zip lock baggies. And more often than not, I find gold and/or sterling silver. Those pieces go to my husband who I affectionately call “my pirate”. He goes to yard sales every weekend just for silver finds. You wouldn’t believe what people are basically giving away. He calls it our 401K plan. Lol.

I absolutely love all of your videos. Your vision/imagination is over the top. Everything you make turns out beautiful. Thank you for being part of my day on most days. The Monk with Baby Jesus is St. Anthony. I found a photo of that exact pendant online. Side note, I lost my wedding ring once and I looked for it for days. Everyone said to pray to St. Anthony and he will find it for you. I prayed and that very day I moved a bag of something in my deep freezer and on top of another bag was my ring! That very day!

As a person who overthinks nearly everything- the “right over left, then left over right” knot “logic” escapes me. As soon as the right goes over the left... it’s now the left... so same same. Right? Sure as shootin' on my list of today's projects is making a wonderful dangly dangling thing to attach to the hand-hold end of the cane I sometimes now need to use when I... well, you know... WALK!
