There are three main content areas that if studied before entering EMT school/EMT class will help you tremendously before you start on day 1 of EMS.
If you start EMT school, in a few days, weeks, or months, I recommend following the guidance in this video and take action by "pre-game studying" more on this in the video.
Some EMT courses can be very accelerated and leave some students behind, the goal of this video and plan is to get you ahead of the game. Those that use this study plan will be MORE than prepared for day 1 of EMT Class!

I second @@4taenoa112. I dont think you can get your NREMT below 18, unless you start class at 17 with a few months till your 18th birthday

@@laslw you can’t take the nremt until 18 but you can take emt classes. Some states also don’t use the nremt. You can ride along and become a junior member at 16, at least near me

@BrightenMedia I just finished yesterday! It was a ton of fun and I learned a ton. Gonna take a week to do some JB learning practice tests before the nremt but it is draining with 14 days straight of 12-16 hour days no breaks😂

@BrightenMedia honestly bro try to have fun with it if you’re just in a classroom all day getting fed with info till ur brain hurts it won’t help make sure you take some you time while ur there, are you doing a 14 day program I am assuming?

@EdwinM I signed up without any sort of medical background. I passed everything but I need to retake one assessment because they weren't sure whether or not to pass me. Other than that, the NREMT is what I really to study for because they test you on everything.
