People are saying Cody vs Roman should happen because Cody 'deserves' it, but wrestling wasn't created to reward guys for working hard, it was created to entertain fans.. and what is more entertaining? Some random skinny guy against Roman, who already lost to Roman, or the friken Rock vs Roman? Come on man.. Rock vs Roman will be crazy, and Way better than a Cody vs Roman match lol. Listen to the crowd reactions when The Rock mentioned/confronted Roman vs when Cody acted like he wanted to challenge Roman at the beginning of the Smackdown promo. Cody isn't close to as big as The Rock. The people who are saying WWE is wrong and should do Cody vs Roman instead even though it'd be less entertaining because Cody 'deserves' it are the perfect example of marks. Tools who are just saying something to try to look cool or fit in..

The fact is people are using that because it's the only good work he did outside of his nostalgia 2000s act He even tried channeling Hollywood Rock against Cena and was stuttering at every promo because he's used to burying guys who can't talk on the mic The fact is paranoid Austin was just as funny so it's not really a testament to how great the rock is it's just a different way more fresh Rock For me just seeing him acknowledge he needs to be healed because the fans are not behind him is more than enough The same reason Batista wanted to be a heel. The delusion of thinking he could have pulled this off as a face is crazy

The problem with the rock is he relies on corny stuff from the past. And Hollywood Rock has not always been the greatest This is potential to be amazing if he's not delusional and understands he has to put some work in instead of relying on a guaranteed pop.. Remember when he tried that against Cena he tried the whole song and was stuttering through every promo He was basically working heel He was just getting cheered because people didn't want Cena. This is a much different case where he has to be the best heel he has ever been or something else The only initial noise was his surprise pop and everything since has been people unanimously (well about 13-1 to be exact) Rationing him into go away heat It's a good spin because you have some people acting like maniacs but their purposely ignoring the 90% of level-headed fans who just don't care to see Dwayne
