Beautiful place. I will be glad when the virus is gone and I can get out and go to places like this. I don't have an RV, just a car. but I would love to just drive through this place. Have a blessed week.

That's Lake Rabun Campground. We live about 20 minutes from that campground on the lake. That's an old and much loved campground. It's been through a lot of changes over the years including some destructive storms. I've seen it completely full many times . You need to remember, it's in a mountain area, and to make bigger sites would cause a lot or our beautiful trees to come down and leveling, not something we want to see. Local people to our area camp there just for the sheer beauty and romance of it. We go there in our Class B at least once a year and spend several days. It's quiet, peaceful and much respected by the many campers that return to it every year. I've seen long 5th wheels there, people camping in elaborate tents down to sleeping under a tarp. Lake Rabun is one of the most beautiful lakes in the country and has some of the best bream fishing in the world, but you need a boat. And yes, it can be beautiful in the campground in the Fall of the year. Enjoyed your video, thanks for sharing.
