Just wanna say I applaud you for being able to take care of so many piggies everyday and staying motivated bc I only have 2 and still lose motivation to fully do spot cleans everyday lol

Layers help, if using fleece. Pine spot cleans are tougher

Scotty's Animals omg I feel honored I got a reply from you since I love binging your vids but I use fleece, and I never let it get horrible I just will skip a day sometimes if I have a busy day but my girls are clean and primarily go in their litter box anyways so everyday spot cleans aren’t necessary but I still like to do it

If u have a litterbox in ur kitchen area it helps a ton. I piled hay high in a box and put all the food and water there and its way easier. Also, mist the Timothy hay when u put it anywhere bc it helps settle the dust, healthier for piggies and smells better

It really is a lot of work. Only piggie owners know these little guys are not low maintenance but quite the opposite lol. The amount of poop alone is crazy! I really feel for skinny pig owners since they apparently produce waste twice as fast as regular piggies haha

I love how much care you put into these piggies. It’s obvious you’ve also put in a lot of research to make sure they are living the best piggie life possible. If anyone is thinking about owning pigs they need to come watch your videos because they really give the full scope of proper piggy care

Currently watching this to get motivation for the day to start changing pig fleece and do my upgrade for my 3 boys, I have 7 piggies total but it’s time they get a slight upgrade… I’m so excited

I also hope you and your piggies are happy, safe, and healthy too! And I love your new 3 x 9 cage or as the girls have it as each girl a 3 x 3. It doesn’t look crowded any more. I am upgrading my two female guineas cage too from a 2 x 3 to a 2 x 5 with new pistachio green coroplast and a hand painted orange 2-story wooden hidey with one of their names over a each entry doorway. I’m sooo excite!!!

I’m so happy that you have such a big happy herd of ladies! Have you ever considered getting any of your boys neutered? It could help some of the single boys bond, or they could live with some girls

Of all the guinea pig people on KZfaq you are my favorite. Everything you do for your guinea pigs motivates me to do more because the way you explain things simply makes me feel like I can do what you’re doing and I like how you take us along the process, it relieves me to find that I am doing things right by watching your videos. Also you don’t have an annoying voice like the other ones the videos are fun to watch

I wasn’t educated at all when I got my first piggie but after i got my second one a few months later i made huge changes for the better so i want to thank you for helping people like me properly educate themselves in a fun way!

I know its not usual or recommended, but I have a successful herd of 4 males. 3 of them are rescues from a shelter, a Ridgeback, peruvian, aby/Peru mix and my new baby is full abyssinian. The aby/peru mix and purvian are father and son! So I think that has a lot to do with them all being so compatible. I have another duo, and a solo pig, totaling 7! Love your videos so much💜

Sow pheromones can cause boars to fight/become reactive to their scent. If you have Male and female guinea pigs in the same room, you should try and keep your males at one side of the room and your females at the other (its best to keep them in an entirely different room if possible). If you are unable to keep them in a different room or opposite sides of the room and you're using stacked cages, keep your males on the top and females on the bottom as to not allow the sow pheromones to drop down on to your boars and cause fights between your pigs.

Love it! My 2 girls are in a 2×6 C&C cage and they love having the space to zoom around. Plus extra space helps them get along better 💕🐷

Seeing you handling so many piggies with love and devotion for every single one is such a joy! I've got my hands full with my 2 rescue boys. Today I gave both their first baths since I got them in October and they were both very good boys❤ Please don't fosterfail any more, though! Every time I watch your videos I’m just in awe of how well you treat your piggies!🥺❤️ I’ve just recently found your channel and I’ve watched every video you’ve made! Thank you for doing all the research it takes to take care of them. It makes me feel bad for my past piggies that I never researched and just took the word of pet store employees on how to care for them. Thankful for you and others on KZfaq making videos like these to help others on Guinea pig care! Now if I ever get pigs again I’ll know how to properly take care of them. You’re amazing!❤️

It looks really nice! I get the big bistro litter box from gp cages store, put their food and hay racks in there with the bath mats . Works great! The bistro is 26 wide and 1 and a half grids long.

I love black paw white paw piggie furniture and they are such sweet people. I lost the bolts in the Christmas wrapping and they sent me new ones when I asked the sizing so I could buy replacements.

I currently have a heard of 7 females they have a 10ft/11ft across by 7ft long c & c cage, love cleaning it out and rearrangeing etc :)

I also have a herd of 5!! They bicker here and there but they overall get along so well. I'm so happy that your piggies bonded so well! I'm currently looking to expand my herds cage again as they're currently in a 2x8, I want to upgrade to a 4x8 at some point because sometimes the two most dominant girls will pick on my little Olivia or her sister will chase her and I feel like sometimes the 2 width cage makes it harder for her to get away. But definitely going to upgrade once I get more grids and coreplast! Thank you so much for being an inspiration! Hopefully the bondings you do with your boys in the future will go well! ☺️☺️

I'm so happy for the girls! I've had more failed rabbit bondings than successes so know the stress of it well. My fails have always been down to feisty females, and I love that about them!

I feel you females are so sassy when bonding I’ve bonded three times one with my male who was meant to be female and my other female and she had babies and then while she had babies I got another female to live with my male who is neutered and then I bonded two of the babies the mom the dad and the other female together and then I had to split them as I couldn’t litter train them and so I gave away the female and one of the babies and then the mom started fighting with the other two so she now lives happily alone and one of the babies lives with the dad

Wow! What fabulous homes for your Piggies ! They look sooo happy and content, and from watching the boys it doesn't seem there was a cross word between them 😍. And what are a few (lol!) more poops between friends 😂. Your Piggies are Beautiful and I hope Toby recovered from the fisti-cuffs 👊 ❤. It's Wonderful what you do for these Beautiful little animals and with so much compassion. Thoroughly enjoyed your Video and your Pig Room is Amazing !👏👏👏 I have 3 girls in a 3x5. They have 4 hideys, (guinea dad boxes) they also love the guinea dad fleece pockets. ❤ They're all settling down after a cage clean, floor time, and have had their tea-time veggies 😂🥬. (and hay coming out of their ears😂)! I also have a hamster, (he is still asleep 😴 😍) Buddy is showing his age, but he's happy in his! (much larger) new home. I adopted him from my niece. I threw out the tiny (!😢) cage he came in. Now he's living the dream in his twilight years 😍
