Franks style is not good for Tank. Frank almost explodes forward when he makes moves. Tank catches guys coming forward all the time, they run into it, and watch Frank, he springs forward. I think the best style for Tank is moving backwards, sideways, anything but forward.

Im going with Frank 12 round decision Frank just has to be patient most of the knockouts that Tank gets are fighters out character lunging forward out position. Tank biggest strength is his patience, Crawford as well they a let you play yourself 2,3, times then knock you out that 5th time they will always beat predictable pattern fighters. Frank move well gives many different looks he showed good chin to shot out to Artem Harutyunyan, and Jackson Marinez they both landed big shots. Im going for Shakur in that Harutyunyan, he better be ready Harutyunyan tough.

Frank can’t just jab and keep distance he actually has to make tank feel him and respect him and pick his spots don’t get over excited just get your combos in and get out then make tank come to him and then use the jab and body shots make tank frustrated and listen to his corner stay disciplined and keep his hands up bc tank love throwing straight left hands tryna catch you off guard. I got Frank if he stay disciplined and see him dropping tank if he catch a counter left hand. Tough fight but Frank my guy

As far as intimidation the flinch didn’t mean much to me. Frank’s reflex was defensively and offensively responsible. However, my concern is Frank positioning his body sideways when Tank confronts him head on and points fingers in his face.

Tank must keep the pressure off the right side. Pick his shots clean. Frank ducks his head to gain speed. Uppercut there or easy shoulder hook but the pressure will be to the body if too close or short twist haymaker . pick pop and stalk him. Lets see some on time distance adjustments. Yeah I agree, tanks timing is great, which obv helps but that’s the point - the guy doesn’t have to be moving forward only for someone like Tank to find the shot. I feel like Shawn must have been playing devils advocate cuz he’d have to know Tank has power and the way he lands the shots is set up by his ability to do just that, it’s not just oh they happened to walk into it.

Shawn, go deeper into the southpaw ortho difference. 98% of people don’t understand the different angels. How to attack off the lead hand for opposite stance. The advantages of a southpaw going to his right vs what a southpaw can do it he steps towards his own left. Vs ortho and southpaw. I had to explain to my boxers at the gym and it really opens their eyes/ boxing IQ

Truth is frank is at a disadvantage coach/team wise sparring partner wise and experience in this magnitude of a fight. With his preparation and heart and athleticism he could build from this brand wise and fan wise. Winning everybody has a punchers chance outside of that it’s nothing that can really make you believe in a unbiased way he has anything special enough to Legitimately win on cards or ko/tko

The only thing about tank turning up mid to late rounds that’s gonna affect Frank Martin even though he might get the early rounds is that he’s going to be tired from getting the early rounds. So is he gonna be able to move as efficient as he would in the early round versus the md/ late rounds, he’ll be little bit more tired Martin when tank turn it on in the mid to later rounds.. that’s what I wanna see. Is it gonna be tired? Is that gonna have any effect at all? That’s the real question.

Even though tank is a better fighter pound for pound in terms of power and speed etc but he kinda reminds me style wise of Montell Griffin the former WBC light heavyweight champion in terms of he's undersized in terms of height and reach like Montell use to be but he's still able to fight on the outside/long range and get the better of it. And obviously you need the athletic gifts to be able to do that. Quick feet, timing, hand speed etc

Charlo was scared and Errol fought a world class once in a era fighter. Tank I s no where near as active in the ring as Canelo and Crawford. Derrick James effect will execute against Tank if Frank can take his punch, avoid it or take it away from him. Frank is the perfect one to execute that plan. Errol foot work and slickness is not near Martin. Errol errol was straight forward, body punches and drains with his activity. Martin moves better than Charlo as well as far as his footwork and angles. If anybody can execute his plan it’s Frank. Also Errol only lost once to a legendary fighter. Charlo whooped plant off as and knocked plenty of people out long before his two losses and even after
