What is the best material to use for draping fabric for weddings

I started with the photography stand but has invested in heavy duty

When I first started I had those stands and it was the worst...I tighten it too tight and it bented the pole a little and would side down at any given time. It fell over at an outdoor event it was trouble.

For perimeter draping, is there specific hardware for that or is it multiple kits? I want to invest in the hardware and basic drapes (white and black first) . I wanted to pay for my master class through PayPal... however, that is not an option
