Dear brothers and sisters please pray for me. My life is in ruins. I have lost everything. My wife falsely blamed me for domestic violence twice. And she has my kids. I've been diagnosed a few years ago with depression/ anxiety as a result of a lifetime of betrayal and abuse. It started as a child snd continued into my marriage, and believe it or not but Im still married to the same person 😢 I find it very hard to smile most days and it's like sinking deeper down in to a dark pit with no way out 😢 Can anyone give me advice as to the first step to take ? My real problem is finding a way to connect with ALLAH...i mean feeling true unwavering, heartfelt connection with ALLAH... please help😢😢

Shaddad ibn Aws narrates that the Prophet ﷺ said; "The most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah is to say the following dua.
