In this video we rank the Islands of Adventure WORST rides! Of course everyone has their favorite attractions in Islands of Adventure 2022, but let’s be real. They can’t ALL be winners! We love visiting Universal Orlando 2022, but there are some attractions we just don’t ride very often. Now this isn’t to say that you should never ride these Islands of Adventure rides ranked, but you should definitely limit your expectations before you get on them. Challenge idea: Tyler rides MIB all day using the single rider line and sees how many times he has the highest score in his vehicle. For every time he doesn't get the highest score, he has to ride F&F that many times the next day

I have a video idea! What about “healthy food at studios”? Maybe it’s not exciting for everyone, but I’m actually quite curious! Also would be cool to see a video about how to get to/from Disney if staying at the universal hotels! A lot of us go for both parks :) Thanks for all the videos! Im binging them all!

We’ve thought about doing this video, we just have to do all the research first! Lol also, as far as transportation goes your only options are going to be renting a car or using a ride share like Uber or Lyft. Lots of people wish they had a bus between them, but at the end of the day, they’re competitors.

One Fish Two Fish is one of my favourite rides, purely because of the memories I have of riding it when I first visited Universal as a child. I rode it again a couple of summer ago and my younger sister decided it would be a good idea to do the complete opposite of the instructions and I came off the ride very cold and wet 😅

I honestly love Cat In The Hat but I have a soft spot for pretty much all classic style dark rides. I also enjoy the unintentional nightmare fuel haha. From a design perspective it's a really good representation of the book and art style as well. If it closed I wouldn't mourn the loss but I'll jump on it at least once every trip!

@@dominiquefreeman602 As someone in the know, there is a reason why it seems the way it does. First off, Anne is not too far off, its suppose to be a four minute long ride. That being said, you can get some discrepancies on that ride time. Second, it does need some love, but not by the techs, or atleast the crew that was there when I was. they are doing everything they can to keep Cat running. For the most part it's engineering that is actually slowing everything down, as due to some internal stuff, the techs are no longer able to fully maintain the ride, nor take necessary actions to fix these issues. On top of that, its unlikely (but not impossible) that a true update will occur for the simple fact that engineering has put Cat so far back on the back-burner that fixes that only needs an engineer to take one look at and sign off has been waiting for close to 2 years now. For reference, that is 2 years that some affects have not been able to be properly maintained. An example is the fish in the sink in the kitchen scene. As for the repaint, thats ultimately the paint department's job, and from what I can gather, they don't want to touch Cat. That being said, I think the paint department is understaffed as is, so that may be the reason why?

Challenge idea: Tyler has to consume ALL of the butter beer drinks and foods (including the hot butter beer) and then ride all of these rides of regrets once, except for Storm Force, he rides that’s twice bc Anna loves it.

I think a good challenge would be how many butterbeers Tyler can drink and still ride the Velocicoaster. Similar vein as the Hulk challenge but a different food and attraction. I would say to ride Storm Force Accelerator but that wouldn't be any fun for him. Love your videos as a veteran of the Universal resort to see what tips I haven't thought of before, opinions on restaurants I haven't given a chance yet, and just seeing other people enjoy the resorts as much as I do!

Last suggestion, then I’ll leave you alone lol. Although hopefully it feeds the algorithm gods. Ride one of the water rides that soaks you. Then ride storm force until you are dry or until you give up. Storm force does at least have giant fans. I personally think FaF suggestions as well as the Simpsons ride suggestions should be disqualified considering they are too cruel and too obvious lol.

Here’s a challenge that could also be a decent video showcasing the photo package they sell. Get “X” photos on attractions where Tyler is doing a raptor impression in the printed photo. Idk how many attractions have photos.

As far as we know, everywhere still takes cash. We’ve had a few instances where the outdoor vending carts were having issues and were cash only, but I don’t think we’ve ever had cash refused! But then again we don’t use it a lot.. lol

I think if they made Doom more like Tower of terror, meaning a whole indoor experience with sequenced drops it would be such a better ride. I am so down for a Tyler Challenge!!! Overdose on dramamine and the rides that make your tummy turn, see how many you can make it through 🤣 if he can get through half Anna has to buy him a butterbeer, all the rides Anna has to buy him butterbeer and souvenir of his choice.

I've only been on a few rides at Islands of Adventure and the only rides I didn't really care for are Skull Island Reign of Kong and Storm Force Acceletron. I really wanna go on Doctor Doom's Fearfall, VelociCoaster, Forbidden Journey, Popeye, and Dudley Do Rights. My favorite ride will always be Hagrid's it's so fun.

I've only been to Universal once before (I grew up a Disney kid), but I'm taking my wife for her birthday and I have watched sooooo many of y'alls videos trying to map out our trip haha. My husband is a big Potter head and he still votes for Velocicoaster as #1 at IoA. Hagrid’s just didn’t live up to the hype for how much it cost. Despite costing $150 million we still prefer the thrills and theming of Everest at Animal Kingdom and that’s saying something because there’s no fandom factor and they’re structurally very similar as thrill rides.

It’s definitely not for everyone! We just think it’s the best ride we’ve ever been on personally! Anna has ridden Everest several times and said she doesn’t recall too much of it other than the step climb to the top!

I kinda have to include Pteranodon Flyers on this list. The line is way too long (and you cannot use Express Pass), the ride itself is way too short, and most people cannot ride it since you have to have a kid. If they made all 3 of those changes, then it would be an awesome ride!

My 1st time riding Kong during December meet up it broke and we got to come back to bay, get out and get in another car as they reset it then it worked great!

You're being too nice to Tyler, Anna. He made it 1,000 likes for your challenge! Maybe Tyler can drink REGULAR Butterbeer and Hagrid's, or butterbeer fudge?!?! I don't know! I am terrible at this. I will let you know that I have never ridden, Doom, Cat in the hat or Storm Force, and maybe that's why they are on this list! I mean, almost every time I've gone, Storm Force is not running, so ... Regardless, great video as always!

I just watched a video from a coaster site that put both Kong and Cat in the Hat on his top 10 list 😆 He said Cat Hat was trippy and scary. I kind of get what people are saying about kids rides nit really being aimed at you. But I also appreciate your input. Somehow though, Dumbo is an extremely popular ride even if it is the same as One Fish and Kang. So kids must like them.

It makes me sad that this is the Kong ride we get now. I'm old enough that I rode the original King Kong ride at Studios. It was so much fun and it was a highlight of my visits as a kid.

Now that I got further into the video. Here’s a team member tip for you. Purple #10 on Storm Force spins the most. It’ll get you spinning more than if you sit in any other seat. Also it tends to get over 300 riders per hour. It’s just easier to move through the line of people in Storm than other attractions

@@ThePughTwo It’s weird because it fits up to 5 in each of the pods. 12 pods on the turntable. Maximum of 60 riders for one ride. The other rides can only dream of having numbers like that. It’s not that anything is more or less popular. They just move through people at different rates

The kids like Cat in the Hat so we always ride it when we visit, however I couldn't agree more about how creepy Thing 1 and Thing 2 are. Every time we ride it I get an eerie feeling that the one in front of the TV is going to turn around and start chasing us.

I have to agree with this video. I ride all the suess ride several times, usually the cat in the hat I close my eyes to the nightmare and just enjoy the cold ac and kids that are not moving 🤣 Seeing as Halloween is approaching (my favorite holiday). And how I get overwhelmed in the very small and crowded candy shops while the kids spend an hour picking out candy. Can you rank your favorite candy from each shop?

I actually agree with One Fish Two Fish, I know it's a kids ride but I gotta be honest. The ride is way too kid friendly compared to others. I would even say One Fish Two Fish might be more kid friendly then anything in Disney. It's a great ride for kids but the problem is that when you compare it to the other rides in Seuss Landing, adults are mostly going to like the other offerings while One Fish Two Fish (I'm mostly talking about the song) can be considered very annoying especially because it's being sung over and over and over again. No variety at all with the music or singing in other spinner rides that's similar to the attraction.

i figured Storm Force was going to be high on the list. that is the only ride i skip, and yeah, it's tilt-a-whirl rides in general that i dislike. i don't know what it is about the centrifugal force of them, but i immediately feel sick. And i'm someone who can ride any rollercoaster and feel just fine.

Have you noticed the changes to the que in Velocicoaster jurassic park? I’ve noticed changes to the video screens and how they are displaying the video across them, pretty cool, I’m pretty sure I’ve seen some added footage too. Wait maybe they have always done this when lines are longer they change things up? But the lines were not long when I rode so I’d say no. But my last visit I surely detected the video screens showed the ‘movie’ broadcasted differently across the screens then in my other visits. Also the video before the lockers- I swear that changed too- I do not remember seeing a coaster train run thru in the background before the Dino’s do? Am I wrong

Lol we specifically said rides, so we didn’t count Poseidon as it’s technically a show. Without any seats 🙄🤣 we just wish they would update cat in the hat!
