Sir, at 33:15 , You said partneship entity and all partners will be jointly and severely liable, Which is wrong. It should be "partnership entity and partner who signs and acts in respect of valuation assignment on behalf of partnership entity shall be jointly and severely liable" ( Not all partners)

In case of Dormant Co. remained dormant for 5 yrs... In the video it is mentioned ROC would strike off the name from Register of co. (Not DC)... But, In latest book of SPOM , It is mentioned that strike off the name from REGISTER OF DORMANT Co. ..... Please let me know which one is correct
