If someone has great genes bad habits may not affect hair much but if hair genes are not strong then lifestyle come into play . Heated fat ,dairy also cause hair loss other reasons things everyone know. If someone has the kind of body chemistry that body found the way of removing toxins from hair then hair will go . Food affects genes . If someone will remove the hurdles like heated fat ,dairy , probably meat too and fruits nuts whole grain hair will not go

I used to smoke a lot. I started in the year 2004 and continued till March 2019. Then oneday I stopped smoking overnight without any pre-plan. It happened suddenly.

If srk wouldn't have smoked cigarettes in his life and so much of coffee (15,20 coffee) it affects appetite his left hair line would not have receed ,his left hairline now receded a little ( still not like general men ) and individual hair thickness decreased still hus hair like dream but it would have been same if he had not done so much of abuse to his body

Straight and simple answer is money. If a celebrity is having nice volume of hair even at the age of 60 than the major factor is money only they have plenty of money and resources to take care of themselves. No doubt srk has great hair genes but if he was a common man and was doing a normal job facing financial stress all his life than I don't think his hair would be like this as it is Today

You can't assume whether srk lives in stress or not . He drinks 20 cups of coffee ,30 ,40 cigarettes or used to do so he needs external stimuli to derive him ,to keep away him from stress.

@@Ady31265 yes you can afford it but think about the nature works make the things simple. All animals lóok at their hair because they are eating the food which they mean to it . What diet u are talking about is it something complex no one knows about it . The diet is fruits nuts which are for humans ,little whole grains . Srk also eats the same may be just organic more pure and he eats very less because all the cigarettes coffee goes in his body ,he eats sometimes once and used to eat mostly tandoori chicken. Look at many celebrities hair they had to go for hair transplants because all are not living the world class diet they are eating their average food ,in bad habits and what will the diet do when u are giving the bad stuff to body

@@Vinaya17432 if you rinse daily with cold water and let it dry naturally, it doesn’t occur. Most often, many wash hair with hot water which causes the flaky stuff in itself. Wear helmets with a fresh cloth skull cap.

My drug addicted uncle had sharukh like hair even at the age of 70, also he never had good diet and ofcourse he was pashtoon or pathan from Quetta Pakistan.
