Therapy as changed my life. I go once a week to maintain my anxiety. My therapist is the best. It took me 3 different therapists to find the right one for me. She is always available through texts as well. I am not the same person I was a year ago because of her. I definitely think you should give it a shot! ❤️

Thank you for sharing some of your story. You have such gorgeous hair! I'd love to know what highlights are in your hair and what you use to curl your hair. Back to your video, I have been in and out of therapy, but haven't been back in awhile because I didn't feel it helping me, personally. I've recently been feeling the best I have in 10 years since starting a new medication for my anxiety, depression, and OCD. I'm hoping to look into therapy soon to incorporate to achieve the best results. You seem so kind, and I hope you find a therapy and/or medication plan that can help you feel better.
