It’s such a treat to see Annie doing better. Each day when I go to the barn to give kitten food for the 3 that Mommy had I do the food in the bucket and say Good Work. After a week the mom and kittens meet me at the door ready for a new day. Good Work!

27:00 Ryan Junior is so dramatic. The pickax was not 2 inches from his head. And I’ve seen him swing tools, much closer to coworkers. I know it’s tough being the bosses son as I was one too. the youngest guy on a crew should not be yelling at the more experienced guys.

Hey Ryan when we use to cut out borders in grass we use an old diamond blade on the demo saw and bury the blade on your paint line and it works great 👍 I hope to see you try that technique

Ryan, I hope you have patience with Tino. He may have personal problems, but he is a good hard worker. I love every time you tell him to do something, he responds with yes sir and does it without complaining, very rare these days. And then there is Ray, it's like you won the lottery with him. Yes, he makes mistakes but learns from them and you can see he is a hard worker and is wanting to learn and wants to be involved. Tino and Ray are a great addition to your dynamic trio, Bugs, Eric and Fransico.

Hey Ryan. We’re about the same size. I’ve lost over 25 lbs in just 5 weeks by replacing breakfast and some lunches with GNC’s “total lean milkshakes”. Something worth looking into. They really taste pretty good ( have tons of flavors like different girl scout cookies and s’mores) and tend to fill me up. Just thought I’d share. Keep up the great videos!

After watching some of your videos and kind of feeling like I’m a part of this family, I can’t stop thinking how, even though directional drilling is not quite the same kind of work that you do, it’s a constant fight every day, with some problem lurking, but the reward is great. You talking about Eric getting an intervention for monsters I had a self intervention with those. I got to the point where I was drinking 3-4 of those a day. I was building a breakfast nook for someone and was getting ready to run some material through my table saw and ended up passing out over the saw with it running. Thankfully I was laying on the feed table but it was a massive wake up call when I came to and realized I was staring and a spinning blade. I haven't touched them since.
