There are 30 anomalies: 1. Faces on yellow tiles 2. Yellow tiles has a kind of X pattern near the end of the corridor 3. Face on ceiling 4. Upside-down concourse sign 5. Instead of concourse it says Turn back 6. The posters are bigger 7. The face on the blue poster is scribbled 8. The MovieFES poster is replaced with a ghost girl 9. The eyes poster moves alongside you when you pass it 10. The irises on the eye poster look around 11. All the posters are the same 12. The security camera above the eyes poster has a red light and follows you 13. The red water rushing towards you 14. Third door along has door handle in center 15. Third door along opens 16. Middle door is slightly open with woman on other side staring 17. Knocking and shaking on the first door 18. First door is missing 19. Vent leaks black liquid 20. The camoflaged man at the end of the corridor 21. The twins 22. The walking man is smiling 23. The walking man is staring at you 24. The walking man is missing his face 25. The man walks towards you fast 26. The walking man is taller 27. The lights turn off 28. The lights are misaligned 29. Fake stairs 30. Since you liked this game, as well as observation-duty adjacent games, I highly highly recommend you play Knock Harder. It has a _very_ similar premise to this game, where you have to explore an environment to see if something is anomalous or contradictory, before choosing to "wake up" if you find out it's fake, or stay in this reality if it's the real one. It is very _very_ similar to The Exit 8, so it's completely up your alley.

I think there are more anomalies than it says. I've seen a few people straight up miss 3-5 anomalies even though they got the achievement. If I hadn't seen the missed ones on other channels I'd have never known the game was wrong.

I think I had the perfect interaction with the twins the first time I saw them. I knew it had to be an anomaly, but I couldn't help but walk up. Got up real close. Then I thought "Okay, I'm done goofing off. Time to run back." I turn around. BAM. They're standing there. GG Funny to see you can actually walk past them. I like how they creepily watch you go. I had to watch this to try to see if you see any anomalies with the dog poster. Seems there are none. (nor two other posters) Like you, I assumed all posters had one anomaly, but I guess not. I had a running list of the anomalies because the game was driving me mad trying to solve it. (I'm so blind. It took me maybe an hour to get to level 8 but I kept failing once I got there. Took like 3 or 4 hours total.) Here's the list I came up with: 1) Man - !!HUGE MAN!! 2) Man - Runs fast (dangerous) 3) Man - Glitched face 4) Man - Looks at you *Edit:* 5) Man - Smiles creepily 6) No Smoking sign - Duplicated all over the walls/floor/ceiling 7) Floor - Yellow tiles are smudged faces instead of lines 8) Floor - Yellow star-like pattern in the line 9) Ceiling - Smudge that looks like a face near the middle 10) Ceiling sign - Upside down 11) Ceiling sign - Concourse instead says "Turn back" repeatedly 12) Ceiling lights - Angled weirdly 13) Ceiling lights - Lights go out at the end of the hall 14) Ceiling lights - Lights start to flicker halfway down the hall 15) Security camera - Red light following you 16) All posters - Grow larger (slowly) 17) BLC poster - Face melted like water splashed on it 18) Makeup poster - All posters change to it 19) MOVEFES poster - Creepy image 20) Security cam notice - Entire page follows you along the wall 21) Security cam notice - Shifty eyes 21b) Security cam notice - Eyes follow you (possibly duplicate of the shifty eyes and I had bad timing) 22) Door 1 - Disappears 23) Door 1 - Banging on door 24) Door 2 - Open with someone creeping on you 25) Door 3 - Unlocks and swings open as you pass it (dangerous) 26) Door 3 - Handle in the middle of the door 27) Vents - Black ooze coming from them 28) Special - Twins (dangerous) 29) Special - Blood waves (dangerous) 30) Special - Wall man (can escape, but dangerous) 31) Special - Stairs up (dangerous)

When you played the game the first time you ran backwards several times without even looking in the rooms. That's why you missed anomalies.

Yea I watched your fist video, and it was crazy how many obvious anomalies you got right from the start! Watched some other youtubers, too and they never had such an active start. xD If the last anomalie are the fake stairs you still can easily regognize it because the sighn on the left before the stairs would show "0" instead of "8"

I think (and I could be wrong) that the achievement for seeing all the anomalies, is actually for having a perfect run..... and not for seeing every anomaly. Basically, your run never reset to floor 0.
