Сварил на троечку. Нужно было поставить прихватки. А так левую сторону стянуло по зазору , к бабке не ходи. Нужно было вставить временную вставку в зазор, слева, чтобы прихватками зазор не стянуло. Потом удалить. Вылет вольфрамового электрода нужно делать меньше , да защита аргоном слабая. Всегда нужно по сварочному шву на алюминии и сплавам проходить второй раз, чтобы из шва выгонялись газовые включения, поры. И шов делать более товарным. Всем сварщикам рекомендую книгу, "Электротехника для сварщиков". Чтобы не тупо сваривать, а понимать химико-физические процессы при сварке. Да и теплопроводность металлов нужно знать, как таблицу умножения. То , что выложил, хорошо, есть с чем сравнивать. Дерзайте, мой юный друг!

После заточки вальфрама и подготовки детали стало понятно что с такими роликами бездарей становится больше. Зачистка внутри детали ступенчатым сверлом 😂😂😂😂

Sometimes pre-heating the aluminum helps before TIG welding even if you've cleaned the metal really well beforehand.

Прихватки не поставил,из-за этого слабую сторону увело внутрь,ту,которая слева была,электрод сразу же мокнул,в середине сварки видно что он разслоился,из-за того что большую очистку поставил. одни поры в шве,ну и электрод заточил очень плохо.В общем неплохо для самоучки,но такое выкладывать нельзя,даже если тебе угрожают террористы

And I guess from the title and the video you are one of those people that don't know how to weld aluminum ,you dipped the tungsten in the weld many times and instead of stopping and doing a clean on the tungsten, you just kept on cobbling up the weld

I would not have chamfered the sides of the metal as it is too thin you could have used that as part of your molten pool. Also your amperage was set too high hence the splatered look of the weld. Turn the amperage down and build up your molten pool then feed your wire in whist carrying out a circular motion to move the molten pool. Then back of the amperage ( with foot pedal) as the molten pool becomes wider as that is just the aluminium heating up. For aluminium i keep all things for aluminium only and change everything out when welding steel. Stainless steel wire brush , wet n dry , and a rub with acetone. Plus you should keep a grinding wheel or at least a part of it for sharpening tungsten for different materials that your welding. Keep it up and apply all the tips you get, it will make you a better welder.

Friend, see @TIG TULA (Ivan). the weld should go down and form a metal fusion there on the first pass. You didn't clean the parts from dirt, so there is a lot of smoke, the weld is boiling and there are a lot of pores. Learn and you will succeed. I am also learning.

Yang saya ketahui harusnya runcing dan agak sedikit langsam panjang, bukan "bujel" seperti itu, karena setahu saya juga, nanti berpengaruh ke keluarnya api, kalo bujel pasti apinya buyar dan nyebar, gak bisa fokus

Maybe a nice carbide Burr would do a nice job ,you could clean it and bevel it all at one time , you need to get something to rest your torch hand on so you can keep consistent and not constantly dipping the tungsten in the weld

the special point about tungsten electrode tip sharpening (preparing): you should take tungsten electrode parallel with direction of rotation, it cause electron motion become easy and without obstacle. vertical lines will be created by perpendicular with direction of rotation will create obstacle against the electron motion.

Даже у меня, без опыта, и то шов лучше. Я думал, когда он второй раз проходил наружний шов, будет красиво, но нет же, как было уёпищно, так и осталось😂😂😂 Но держать будет, болгарочкой шлифануть и норм в принципе, но не надо показывать это как пример.

Jak widać z filmu, wciąż są tacy którzy nie wiedzę jak prawidłowo ostrzyć elektrody do TIGa. Elektrodę powinno się ostrzyć na sztorc, aby wzdłużne rysy ułatwiały odpływ elektronów w kierunku spawanego materiału.

1 When tig welding aluminium, there is not much sense to make a sharp point. It will get a rounded tip during welding. 2 Use a stainless steel brush for cleaning. Never use steel (rust). 3 Avoid touching the part with the tungsten while welding. You'll get contamination in your weld and it looks ugly. 4 You really didn't use a step drill for grinding, did you? 🤦‍♂️ But on the other hand, the part is repaired.

заточка вольфрама это ладно, но ступенчатое сверло в виде фрезы на шурике, это шедевр )))

Чтобы внутри не варить достаточно обратного валика. Грязь, поры в шве. Зачистка ну так себе. Направление заточки вольфрама не правильное. Поиграться с настройками и можно за раз проварить, только снаружи. Ампераж больше нужен. Короче смотрите канал @TIG TULA Иван научит.

Моё почтение,но вольфрамовые электроды для тиг сварки так не точат,камень должен набегать на остриё при заточке ,должна быть риска вдоль электрода но не так как вы заточили,дуга постоянно будет плясать.

I’m not “accomplished” at TiG. Developing as a new skill. But my tungsten gets sharpened well; though my welds aren’t consistently pretty yet I’m reasonably certain that a die grinder and me would wind up welding better than this.

В этом видео только один момент был правильный, это когда автор видео делал кромки не абразивным кругом. В остальном: заточка вальфрама, ток, сварка через жопу.

Ich lerne gerade in Wig Stahl klappt soweit erstmal... Jetzt habe ich versucht Alu zu schweißen, aber es klappt nicht. Alu habe ich aus dem Baumarkt, solche ALu winkel, ca 2mm stark. Maschine steht auf AC, Argon 4.6 steht auf 10l min. Habe von 35 Ampere bis hoch auf 200 alles Probiert. Das Alu wird ja so irgendwie Bröckelig bzw sieht aus wie die Mondlandschaft und Verbrennt irgendwie, also am ende Verschwindet es. Der Alu Schweiß zusatz schmilzt, aber es bilden sich Kugeln die dann bleiben. AC Balance habe ich von 10 bis Max auch schon durch. Was mache ich Falsch?

Человек молодец! Сбил, сколотил - вот колесо! Сёл и поехал - как хорошо!!! Оглянулся назад - все спицы лежат!) Но на самом деле он показал, что в гаражных условиях можно что-нить и как-нибудь заварить и решить проблему. Молодец

Зачистка конечно важна не спорю и то что сверлом он чистит в принципе нифига плохого, но прикольно конечно, я не думал о таком способе😆. Режим пульс, так то можно и без него в принципе, но можно и так че такого та. На мой взгляд, я хоть и не профи, мало тока в следствии нет провала вообще. Вольфрам точу на алмазе, длинна заточки равняется примерно двум диаметрам электрода. Готов выслушать критику, дабы улучшить свои знания в этом деле. Всём удачи 😁😁😉

Antes de soldar hay limpiar bien la pieza. No luego,por eso ha salido mal la soldadura.. Y sobre todo se recomienda calentar la pieza para poder hacer una buena penetración y soldadura. Han habido demasiados fallos. Es difícil soldar el aluminio si no sigues unos pasos básicos. Pero bueno, dentro de lo que cabe no lo ha hecho tan ma.
