50% of Duval is the hood. Only nice parts is the beach and some of the Southside. Other then that the city is ghetto/hood

@@LarkRoberson lived there for 3 1/2 years and moved out couple months ago. Use to Uber and saw the entire city. The north and west side are just hood. Least for y’all it is.
