This is a whole podcast was an example of a younger man with less life experience trying to argue with an older man with more life experience, by using emotion against logic. Believing is not the same as being an actual practicing Christian so.. Plus God is SUPPOSE to be yes but within a largely secular/atheistic society it's really no wonder marriages are falling apart when their not based off God so it's both the fault of men & women the farther away we move from God towards human philosophy & political theatre when neither can save; only God can The fact that socialism & communism are even being entertained in the 21st century is the epitome of a godless society since those modes of political templates are based off self determination when government was implemented by God for a reason; to curb sinful human nature

Emotion vs logic. This is the difference between a man that looks the part but acts emotional like a female and someone who has sound logic. Hafeez sounded like a female on one of those fresh and fit panels saying well not all women are like that. We know that marriages some marriages have God in them and they stay together forever that’s true. The difference is that in most marriages God is not in there and God is not going to save the man from being bent over in Family Court . It won’t stop the woman , and the state from graping him for all that he has. that’s just a fact and it is implied that we’re not talking about all because there are always exceptions it just made him sound more emotional

@@alexiakolarski it’s not necessarily the God it’s the fact that women don’t have a duty anymore. They don’t train the traits that you should know from the Bible about duty and submission to your husband because it’s not a woman’s love that you want it’s her duty. Love is fickle and an emotion but duty is not. The churches in America also don’t help because they encourage all this bad behavior. Problem is it not being in God is having no duty from the woman and whenever they feel like it when they’re unhappy they just leave and get everything that’s the problem
@alexiakolarski
@alexiakolarski Жыл бұрын
@@DuckFanDane The men are not interested in obeying God either. And they are the heads of the house. The man leads, the woman follows. Which means if you won't submit to your authority (Christ) you are showing her that she doesn't have to submit to hers (you) either. And love is not a feeling, love is self sacrifice. You can't choose how you feel, you can choose to love, and you must make this choice every day.

Yes Hafeez, those who believe in God and follow the teachings of his word must implement those teaching in their everyday life and marriage. However, should said marriage reach the point of divorce, those teachings will not be implemented by the court's decision on allocation of wealth and property.

I only knew one person that followed godly principles all the way up to marriage in my entire life. The sad part is that this girl was in love with me when we were both 20 (she was beautiful and a virgin) and in college. Unfortunately, we broke up because financial problems prevented me from coming back to school for my last year. She remained a virgin until she got married some years later. The sad part is that she was willing to give up her virginity to me if I had come back to school. I was that dude she would have broken the rules for. Tough break. I have never met another woman like her.

Just because Hafeez has a completely emotional/effeminate understanding of life in general and God in particular doesn't invalidate the concept of God. Neither is CGA doing that. All CGA is saying is women's faith is completely subjective and opportunistic. Rollo Tomassi explains this quite effectively in his 4th book The Rational Male: Religion. If your judging Christianity by Hafeez then you better also judge masculinity negatively because Hafeez barely has a grasp on being a male, let alone a Man.

when a guy talks for a long time and you think "wtf did that even mean" you know it sounds like word salad and a scam. Also go and faith is different to everyone, Muslims , Jews, Christians, atheists will all have different out look on life but what coach is saying applies to modern times and logically what will happen to you during marriage and divorce all men no matter what you believe in will benefit in coach CGA message.

As a God fearing man I see both sides to this. God has been removed from every aspect of society leading to most of the problems we see today, not just in marriage. The fact that you have women running around here like men but yet still needing protection from big daddy govt. in marriage is obsurd. That double standard should have changed with the rise of feminism, but yet it still goes on. I can see why men are leary of getting married.

God apparently wired women to not be attracted to most men. I don't see how a deity could do this then be upset when men stop investing in marriage

Just to add a perspective I think Hafeez is not getting Coaches point about "God" having no effect on the success of marriages period. The actual intervention by a deity has never been proven to take place on any level. Marriages fall apart for a whole host of reasons, but perceived blessings by your favored deity will make no difference. Now that is not to say that a shared faith/ideology could not benefit a relationship, and his parents are an example to him of that. That is wonderful for them and him, but those of us with a rational framework know the real reason for failed relationships, are a myriad of factors. Find the common factors that work or don't work in good relationships/marriages, than apply them to yours...

1 out of 2 marriages in the US end in divorce (usually initiated by the woman. 1 out of 4 Christian marriages end in the US. Usually initiated by the woman. Those are not good odds.... Better to marry a foreign traditional woman

Finally, something I can input; God made it really easy for us mankind. God, "Live and be fruitful". That's it. In the 10 commandments it also has, worship me only, therefore, put God before everything, hence, ex. God bless my decision, DONE. It's blessed. Even the outcome is blessed. That's why we have the manosphere.

I think Hafeez missed the point entirely, what Coach was saying was no matter how strong your relationship with God is or your church nothing is gonna stop her when she decides to end the marriage. God is not going to be taken into equation when she takes you to divorce court.

🤔 This is a tough one. I understand what all the panelist were saying. You have a man who’s older, it doesn’t matter what race he is, who was married and it did not work for him. you have a younger man who is married, who sees things differently. you have a successful man who is divorced, and you have a successful man who is married. Both of them make valid points, especially when you look at state and God. The two do not cross contrary to popular belief so I agree with CGA on that. But when he said he does not believe in God, which I already knew the way he was speaking it sounded very agnostic, which are very educated people who do not believe in the supernatural, the conversation would have ended for me right there. He did say look into someone’s background and you’ll see where they stand. I would not have argued with him, anyone in this group chat, or anyone else about God‘s omnipresence. At the end of the day you either believe in God or you don’t. My word tells me not to argue with anybody about that. But because that man does not believe in God, a lot of what he says makes sense to somebody like that. So I get the points but I’m sorry I believe in the Lord 100%. That’s it and that’s all🚶🏾‍♂️

Hefeez completely misunderstood what Coach Greg meant when he said that there is no God in marriage. He wasn't talking about the beliefs of any individual husband or wife; he was talking about marriage as it is understood to be in American law. This differs significantly from how marriage was perceived to be in Europe during the Holy Roman Empire or even in modern countries like Iran which have religious principles written into their government's laws, including marriage laws. In this, Coach Adams in indisputably correct.

Both men have a point. Man is not designed to live outside marriage but many marriages are now crumbling mostly so what do we do? Why don't we educate women on men's needs? What happened to sticking together " for better, for worse"? If women knew there is no checking out of marriage, except for serious abuses like physical assault, excluding cheating. Marriage would bounce back to its glory.
