This sniper is ment for GM runs, i recommend using: flutted barrel,extended mag,chill clip,handling masterwork and backup mag for 5 bullets in the magazine (reconstruction is nice and all but succession can roll it with recombination already, so i would rather have ability to stun all 3 champs than having few extra bullets in the magazine, reload can be fixed with a holster mod). Fourth column is very situational; -firing line is good if both teammates are playing near you for that extra crit damage. -headstone is more of an aerial denial/add clear perk which i like using in tight corridors. -explosive payload can be neutral perk because that extra damage is % of bodyshot damage without any falloff. EDIT: chaos reshaped seems nice on paper because of extra damage and heal but this is a sniper rifle. If you are far away you won't take damage, if you are close you will get flinched and if you constantly shoot enemies you will burn your ammo (its hard to keep up x2 buff).This perk is good just on kinetic weapons in my opinion.
