My sister led me to Jesus and said that God was no respecter of persons, she taught me to plead the blood of Jesus in times of trouble, One day I was taken sick, I had pain all over my body, I went to bed and I got worse and worse, I tried to get an ambulance, but I couldn't pick up the phone as I was in to much pain,so I began to plead the blood of Jesus, I kept saying , I plead the blood, it seemed like hours passed but I kept on, I plead the blood,then suddenly the power of the Holy Spirit manifested from the inside out in power like electricity,The pain left me and I felt the peace of God,there was a noise like a rushing wind. The power of God went through my body for hours until finally it stopped flowing and I was able to move, I had no pain in my body,Healed by the power of the blood of Jesus.Amen

I was struggling to quit smoking, I prayed and had others pray for me. After about 2 weeks I could not bear the struggle, and decided to walk the 4 blocks to by a pack of cigarettes. As I walked I pleaded for the Blood of Jesus, and I confessed my weakness. I said, "Lord if you want me to quit, you must remove it from me now" , all of a sudden, I felt a warm flowing from my feet up over my head as if a long flowing gown had been removed. At that instant I was released from the cravings, before I got to that store. I had no more desire to smoke. I went home to share my testimony. The struggle was GONE! Thank you Lord!

It was the first gospel song I heard at the age of six, when I followed my sisters, to this massive fellowship in the 70s.
