Arianna is classy. She is looking after herself, not trashing Tom in interviews or full of pity like Tom is doing to her. Shows the different levels in emotional maturity between the two of them. Good for her.

I agree that she is much more mature but no - she completely and totally trashed him for the longest time. Not in this interview but she also didn’t once - that I’ve seen - acknowledge her part in that whole dynamic and their relationship. She had a big part to play as well. And made him out to be this huge villain. So putting her (or anyone) on a high platform isn’t warranted in my opinion.

Pulled into darkness n then into the lights on Broadway love u Ariana! So proud of you. As a mother of a daughter who did theater from sixth grade to all of HS ik it helped her gain confidence n out of a dark place as well from being bullied so I appreciate theater arts so much n Ariana u deserve ur flowers. Theater gives children so much confidence n that is why I can see why Ariana has blossomed into her own it shows so much on her face.

Ugh - she is talented and is making the most out of her reality career so kudos to her but everyone fan-ing out in her and putting her on this huge pedestal is kind of sad to me. She played a big part in that toxic relationship/dynamic too. I’d love for her to acknowledge and talk about that as well. Why was she with such a terrible narcissist for that long if he was horrible? That would be a helpful discussion. But in the celebrity obsessed and divisive world we always have to prop one person up and drown the other. It’s yuck to me :( At the end of the day it’s entertainment and as we saw it’s not that real. Hopefully people will pay more attention to real social and political issues this year :/

She was the OG Rachel, over her. She cried about doing exactly what she did. Kissed Kristen’s boyfriend & had an emotional affair while lying about it, got a job after that where Kristen worked & lied to her more there & was flirting with Kristen’s boyfriend there while gaslighting Kristen on it, then after it moved into Kristen’s old apartment with Tom & continued to bully Kristen on the show Kristen was on first. Tom was always awful. & Ariana lying on Miami Girl having sex with Tom to protect herself & Tom tells me all I need to know, she’s just as bad a person as Rachel or Tom or Kristen. What Tom did was bad, so has been a lot of their collective behavior. It’s cute for her to get these opportunities but she’s definitely crazy to pretend she’s an angel. Tom’s always been bad but she protected him when it financially benefited her.

I love Ariana, and I wish her every success. I will say, however, that I'm no longer 100% on her team and 100% against Sandoval. After the VPR episode that showed the origin story of her relationship with Tom, I feel differently. I didn't watch the show that far back, so I wasn't aware of their early relationship. I think the adage, "You lose them how you got them" applies.

I've followed the show in real time since episode 1. You're about the 10th million person to repeat this worn out, irrelevant adage. We really need to break the habit of blaming ppl for the choices others make, (namely women who were not breaking their commitments to their spouses, because they were free and clear to be with whomever they choose) Sandoval was the one in a committed relationship with Kristin, Ariana was not. This blaming everyone else, and not the actual cheater is an old deflection tool, and a lazy perspective. If you decide to be faithful to one person, that is your choice, and it is your responsibility to uphold. It's no one else's burden to carry. Let's be adult enough to lay the onus where it belongs. You make a commitment, you alone make the decision to break it. No one else can do that for you. A good portion of relationships begin in this very way. This situation is not an anomaly, it's common as muck. Many ppl are too cowardly to leave a partner and instead create untenable chaos to extricate themselves. You are looking for a perfect victim, and there is literally no such thing.

She is over it, at least when it comes to him but she still has trauma to work through. I don't see how anyone could watch this interview and come to any other conclusion. She doesn't even mention him. She talks about her dream of being on Broadway and how grateful she is for others telling their story with her. She probably helped a lot of people and yet she's thanking them. She explains where she was mentally during the filming of vpr and how she is in a much better headspace. Keep in mind that she was still grieving the loss of her dog, her grandmother, her relationship, her friendship and tom and hers friend. All of this in one year. She was betrayed by two people she loved, one being the closest person to her. The thing about vpr, love it or hate it, is that it shows the cast where they are in life and this was her life at the time.

It's my opinion when couples agree to sex with other people it is a lack of commitment to each other and likely leading to trouble. She lied for Tom from the start and blames Tom for the reason she and Katie had a strained relationship for ten years. No Ariana should take responsibility for herself, her choices, her actions and what she's been agreeing to be part of for a decade. Now she avoids her responsibility to pay her share of the mortgage and house expenses blaming Tom for not providing her statements... victim Ariana? Not in my opinion!
