DUUUUUDE At 17:50, when you recalled it took away your empowered recall even though it wasn't empowered. That's weird

probably because he teleported too quick. the empowered recall wasnt active when he pressed it. they most likely coded it to be consumed when the first recall goes through and not when an empowered recall goes through.
