Why is it a competition where is rougher that's just pathetic. Also there are no ghettos in England there are council estates etc yes Reading has them everywhere does but anyone with any maturity or brain doesn't brag about from being somewhere rougher they will be trying to escape that place . But to answer the question as lived in both places Reading has few run down places estates Whitley junction Tilehurst Oxford Road but it's a lovely place on the whole . You can't compare it to London gang estates Lewisham wood Green Brixton etc there is much more gang cultures etc
