Pause at 1:12 and look at Screech. I kid you not, I didn’t even notice his “derp” face until Dustin Diamond pointed it out in the DVD audio commentary of this episode. He said something like “What the hell was I doing?” to Lark Voorhies and Peter Engel who were also present in the commentary. They start by differentiating pharmaceuticals from "illegal drugs like pot and cocaine," but by the end the girl is talking about being hooked on legal drugs. Also apparently all of these people were high during this episode. Which was about actors hypocritically sponsoring anti-drug ads while being stoners. Odd how the show was actually embodying its fictional plotline.
