Who would have thought when he left city at 29 he would win the lot and leave a legend. Brilliant player. I'll miss him.

What a guy. Always wanted to see him in a Liverpool shirt back in his Villa days when I was like 8 years old, and even though he came in his later years, I feel like he showed his best form with us. At the start of 18/19 he was starting pretty much every game for us with Gini and Keita in midfield, and he was the most in form English player in the league! I also loved when he filled in at LB during 16/17. It was a good excuse to get him in the side as there was no space for him in the midfield and we benefited massively from his presence to scrape into the UCL. It got to a point where we had to go and buy a specialist LB, but for the sake of a season he helped us out massively. It also meant he was able to put in a sensational shift there against Barca in the 2nd half of that famous win. However, my favourite memories of Milner will be his last minute penalty against Leicester in 19/20, the celebration that followed it, and that goal line clearance against Bournemouth in what turned out to be the last game in a full house Anfield for over a year. Thanks for the memories Milner, and hopefully you’ll return one day to join Klopp’s coaching setup

He is the most down to earth no.7 and also most workaholic no.7 of all time in PL history, the perfect role model for all young lads. Brighton is lucky to have him. Will support Brighton when they are not against Liverpool.

A shame really that James Milner's farewell was overshadowed by Bobby Firminho's. Bobby is incredibly popular at Liverpool, but Milner was far and away one of the best , most consistent players Liverpool has ever had
