This is so freaking great. That dumb clown car level would have been boo’d out of existence in SMM2; thankfully, it is alive and well for our viewing enjoyment in SMM1!! Also, the kaizo block in the last level was hilarious.

I’m not sure if any other comment has said it but the reason why your Mario was slowing down instead of running full speed around 7 minutes in is because (if I remember correctly) Mario Maker 1 doesn’t have a buffer system for running. You have to input the run after the level starts. Not while you’re starting or restarting
