This is important if you have a PlayStation 5 Pulse 3D Headset for your PS5! If you experience issues with your PS5 Pulse 3D headset, there are a couple ways to fix it! I show you step-by-step how to do it. For PS5 users, you can use the secret button on the wireless dongle for the Pulse 3D headset to reset! If your PS5 Pulse 3D headset won't connect to your PlayStation, you can try that first! Next, hold down the two buttons on your PS5 Pulse 3D to reset the headset completely. Lastly, you can try disabling power to USB when in rest-mode on your PlayStation 5 console you can do this in your system settings.. For more tips & tricks for your PlayStation 5, remember to leave a "LIKE" rating, Comment & Subscribe!

@Kvng_San have the top volume button up to your liking(more to the left) and the bottom volume button all the way up. I’m playing days gone rn and can’t hear my gf watching tv. Only zombies, dialogue, and gun fire

Thank you this was really helpful. I tried the 1st two steps and it worked. I had an additional complication because I have two PS5 Pulse Headsets and had to match the USB dongle with it's corresponding headset. After that it was smooth sailing. Thanks again for the great tips.

@@bernadettelopez7225 Happy to help. Yes it requires two USB 3.0 ports (the ports are shaded blue) to be available. If you don't have two available you can buy a 5 in 1 USB Hub for PS5 Console. The expander hub costs $10 bucks and you can buy it on Amazon. I also like it because it matches the PS5 color aesthetic with a curved white trim. Just mount the 5 in 1 USB expander hub into the front of your PS5 and you're all set. If you plan on connecting two of the Pulse headsets then just add a label or sticky on both the headset and the dongle so you know which dongle is paired to which headset. I stuck one dongle on the USB port on the back of my PS5 and the other one on the front with the expander hub. I hope your Son and Husband like the setup and I'm sure they will appreciate you for gifting this to them. Especially if your Son plans to play Spiderman Miles Morales on your PS5. Other issue I experience was that if the battery is low, you may experience hiccups in the signal and loss of audio,when I experienced that, everytime I moved the audio would cut, after fully charging the headset it fixed.

I’ve had none of these problems with my Pulse 3D headset. I have from day one plugged the wireless adapter into the USB port on the back of the PS5. And the option to supply power has always been on. This should not be an issue as USB ports generally have chips that can distinguish if a power supply is plugged in or not. Most issues I’ve seen from people with any kind of peripheral stem from using the usb A port on the front. I’ve always gave advice to use the back port if possible.

So the ps5 have 3 USB ports and 1 usb-c port…can you please inform me on how each is different? Like which ones are meant for data transfers and which is for charging….

@@michaeljm921 front is for charging and ssd port. Back ones are for hard drives, usb dongles headsets , cameras and also again for ssds.

Question, I have it charged completely, but for some reason even when it's fully charged regarding the headset, my console is still showing the battery animation as if it's still charging even though the headset is charged. Very simple question, hope you understand.

If anyone needs help with sound not working but the headset “connects” go to sound, audio output. Output to headphones(chat audio) then change to all audio! This will allow the 3D audio to show up

Hy! thx for video. I hope Sony releases a new headset like the platinum before because i think it is a step back. Anyway i own one and overall i like it but it feels cheap and the size of the cushion is a little bit small, and not to soft.

Another tip, go to sound settings, change output to hdmi and switch it back to headset, and that will fix any issues if audio isn't coming out of the headset

In comparison to the other headsets, these are pretty uncomfortable. The top band does nothing but put more pressure on my head, the ear cups also clamp a lot of force. My razor blackshark v2 pros are way more comfortable

Hey just wanted to put this comment on an issue I got. For some reason by headset (same 3d pulse Headset) won't turn off no matter what side I flick the power switch. It doesn't light up anymore either and if I have it on the off side of the switch it boots up with a higher pitch if I reconnect the wireless USB stick.

Is there a way to connect four head sets to all hear one thing on a PS5 at the same time? I live in a apartment and can't play my movies loud how I'd like to. Only issue i have personally had is it is fairly painful on the tops of my ears after wearing for any decent amount of time. Picked up new cups for it, but unfortunately they were the same thickness.

My old headset I used to use on PS4 sounded amazing but after switching to ps5 it sounded awful and the mic was really bad I didn’t know why but I have bought the pulse headset and am still getting a lot of muffled sound and everything sounds really low quality helpppp
