So happy to see you young people appreciate these old photos. I'm 84 and have pictures of family back to great great grandparents and even older. They are true treasures..

There is a restaurant, in a 1860's building in the old town of my city, they take these old discarded photos and hang them in old pitcure frames, and hang them around and it gives it a very homey feel to the place, it's neat to look at all of these pictures every time we go and eat😊

I have one of those sewing cabinets with the spindle legs. I paid $100 for mine, so $80 is decent(if one was keeping it).The legs get easily broken so ones in great condition can be harder to find.

That table with the 3 drawers and the sides opened up is called a sewing table. Yarn was kept in the sides. I have one. Think it's called a Martha Washington table." I'm with you-- didn't see a lot to buy but the furniture-- and that little bunny.❤

I have one of those oval little cabinet with drawers and sides open up, I always thought it was like a sewing cabinet ♥️♥️♥️🤷‍♀️🤣

The cloche with the hook is to hang a pocketwatch.

Or a treasured piece of jewelry, a baby picture in a silver frame, or any loved ones pic with something of their's sitting on the wooden part of the cloche and wooden platform.

Estate sales lose money because of overpricing!! If they would be more reasonable they would make more money for the family in the long run!

My grandpa made a TV stand (or bedside table) with drawers, a door, and drop leaves. My brother put his name on it so he could have it when they passed away, but he lives 2000 miles from me so it is still at my house.

0:44 pleated lampshades are such a pain to try to keep them clean & fresh. They’re huge dust collectors 4:25 pottery is kind of bland 5:40 cool artwork but $20. 😮 7:52 my grandma had one of those & it’s a sewing table

@@ladydyer3298Black and white vintage photos are seen as an art form. Julie has an artistic college degree-but aim having a really bad day and can't think of it. (Even though my child majored in the same thing!). PS I love strangers black and white family photos. It's better they get looked at than to end up in a landfill, rotting!
