I think the adret are colored blue because of the lack of oxygen. When the body is deprived of oxygen for a prolonged period of time, their body pigment will turn shades of blue.

3:14 when it comes to things like "hybrids" i like to think that because of how they aren't that far in tech to see dna they use the song as a explanation like how we used a higher power like god or allah or whatever faith they believed in back in the day, and also when it comes to races some races genes are just more dominant then others and that person for whoever gets priority will ONLY have their races looks shown on the child cause of how the different races genes (aka how they would look/what race they would be when born) physically being unable to mix ie their appearance (however genes and passing those genes are still in real life extremely ramdom cause of mutations and all that jazz) for example lets say there's one adret father which is homozygous dominants which would be AA(AA) for the adret appearance and they have a child with a etrean with whos a heterozygous dominants which would be Aa, (Aa), there would be a likelihood of 75% chance for that child to be a adret this would change varying on the type of dominant/recessive genes said race would have the more rarer race having less and less dominant genes and being more ressesive meaning they show up less besides if they have a child with their own race which would be a guarantee 100% though there is a lot of random factors that's in play when it comes down to it like mutations causing a certain gene to be more expressive and such that hell even in our more modern world we cant fully understand and the shit we got rn like punet squares are mainly to make it slightly easier

Adret variants are inspired by minerals and rocks. So one adret probaly high in the mountains looked at a rock and went like hmm. Yeah that my whole personality now

This mostly makes sense but adrets would be an exception cause they don’t have a animal correlation so maybe the adret were the base race kinda like how you start off like a pathfinder but then take an oath so maybe different adret developed into the different races via vows.

I think the flowers on top eteris is a contribute to the king etera not lord regent the fist lord. The first lord might have died or lord regent killed him in that exact spot I’m not sure but in the description of the kongas clutch ring it says that the fist lord had mysteriously disappeared for no particular reason.

deepwoken 'races' probably aren't races but are probably more like curses. They take on traits of animals probably because of the drowned gods. This could probably be linked to mythology out there where people had been cursed with becoming animals which could explain nobody being mixed
