Doesn't matter if there is room in behind for Darwin, nobody plays the ball early enough anyway, one too many touches or passes all the time, then guess who moaned at for a rushed effort or being offside.

Liverpool did not play at our best, however in the 2nd half we were pressing at a good level, won challenges and played at the tempo required. Our players showed ability and composure scoring 3 goals which was good to see in the win against Fulham. Liverpool needs to focus on our game and play at our level, winning challenges and press at our high standards. LFC needs to be strong and alert in defense Everton will try to counter-attack and rely on set pieces. Liverpool needs to be accurate with our ball distribution with good movement and good decision making. On the attack we need good clinical finishing and Liverpool will win this game against Everton at Goodison Park scoring at least 2 goals.

@@jakehowie442You're joking right? Darwin's only 24, he's the future of the club. Once Salah goes and they get proper partners for Darwin he'll shine. Jota's 28, is injured half the time and is coming to the downside of his career.

@@jakehowie442 As of the 4th of April he had 18 goals and 14 assists. 2nd highest goal scorer in the team behind Mo (who takes all the penalties). His running off the ball and speed are phenomenal, he drags defenders away from the other attackers consistently. When Mo was away at AFCON both Darwin and the team, in general, did better. If and when Mo leaves or is playing less AND better players are brought in; Darwin will shine.

Darwin is a left sided forward - our most lethal combo is Darwin left, Jota middle, Salah on the right but due to injury we’ve hardly seen it Nothing against Diaz, as he is a wonderful player technically, but he doesn’t score enough- even Gapko has better numbers on goals and assists

Its the Gapko show. Gapko played in the 2-2 draw with United , he played all the games since April 4th, Atalanta at Home Palce at home, and even before those he missed 2 open goals at Man Untied in the CUP..Dan is on another planet, how many point has Gapko won with a the winning goal in a match decided by 1 goal. Gapko, Slaozlia, Elliott, TAA, Jota.. Gapko playing up front= NO. Nunez is a left sided forward FACT

Personally I would play Salah in this game despite his big drop off in form since AFCON.. We also have to play MacAllister in AM.. which I think means we have to play Endo too.. I would play Gravenberch on the right side. Diaz and Nunez up front (how is Jota injured again!!)

Dan, how many games as Jota won , or Gapko this season with a winning goal in a 2-1 win or 1-nil win, 3-2 win, 4-3 win . Only 4 players have done it, only one player as done it twice .. Gapko as not scored a vital goal yet , or assisted in a winning goal

Away at Goodison is the tie that keeps on disappointing. From being a either - or tie, this has turned into a neither - nor for several years now. Everton will be happy to sit back and defend destructively, waiting for us to expose our selves. Hopefully we can make this a memorable one for the right reasons, anything else and we'll have thrown in the league winning towel...

If we patiently search for the opener and not get rattled we'll win this 1 or 2-0. Everton dont have the type of players to cause real problems offensively if we dont give them anything, it's just about being patient and composed. They'll be up for it so inviting them to commit silly fouls in dangerous areas could be big.

Jota and Van Dijk are the two players we can't afford to lose, every other player is replaceable. I don't understand why Klopp said "it's nothing really but he's out for 2 weeks". FFS just play him or at least stick him on the bench if it's nothing. Van Dijk played with a cracked rib a few years ago, the season is almost over take a chance and play him.

Whatever side starts tonight starts the remaining games, the changes in the last game were to rest who Klopp sees important in the run in. No way is Klopp picking a side based on who we are playing, that's FIFA crap. I want JQ to start over Ibou right now, but Klopp will start Ibou guaranteed, front 3 will be Diaz Darwin Mo guaranteed, Midfield will be Jone Macca Szobo guaranteed. Watch me be miles off! 😂

No Jota Bonito for two weeks. FAAAHHHK DUDE! If Nunez and Lucho have to play then let's help them with shot selection since they have trouble with it. Bottom right corner. Every. Single. Time. No matter if 1v1, long distance shot, header, etc. and maybe Nunez needs to do 2 steps backwards before going long to avoid offside. The football gods want us to practice stoicism again. So be it.

That's bold but I get your frustration. I would say if anyone has to go def thiago and matip to move on to clear the wage bill. I would sell Diaz since his family are itching to move on and I'd sell Nunez as well since its his second season and he hasn't been good enough for how much we paid. I'd then buy Inacio and Leao from Ac milan
